Description of Work: I used an angieslist deal and I think it was $100 but I don't quite remember. May have been less. The problem that I was having is that one of the rollers had come off the track and the door did not open and close smoothly because of this. They came and replaced a bunch of rollers, including the bad one, and maybe put some oil on the door or something. Whole process only took like 15 minutes which was surprising but the door definitely worked better when it was done.

Description of Work: I believe it was Larry that came out. He recommended I replace the garage door spring ($250+) and also said I would need a new door at some point because the one I have is no longer made and cannot be repaired. There was no pressure to do any of this. He checked, oiled, balanced and adjusted my garage door and opener. I had just previously installed a new garage door opener (Chamberlain) and he fixed the sensors that I had improperly installed at no extra cost. A very good experience over all.

Description of Work: We had a tune-up done and our rep fixed a minor problem with the caveat that if that did not solve the problem, the cost of the visit would be deducted from a replacement mechanism. It worked for a while but is now inoperative and a call to Chandler was all it took to arrange a timely replacement visit and to verify that the cost of the previous visit would be deducted from the total. Looking forward to the same professional service when they come to replace the opener.
