Right Way Garage Doors

They arrived on time and they did a good job. We had no problems with them and would use them again in the future.

Larry called me before he came out for the appointment. He did such a good job. Everything seems to be in such better condtion and I am so happy with the final result.

The technicians from Chandler Garage Doors Company went above and beyond. They were able to find faults in the installation of the garage door opener. The doors were on the verge of malfunctioning. They redid the entire work and fixed the problem. They were even able to do some preventative correction. They were very professional. They were on time. They absolutely knew what they were doing. They did a very good job. I would recommend them. I would work with them in the future.

A "technician" came out on Friday and quoted $200 for a Genie 1024 system (parts and labor) plus $45 for an outside keypad. Since ours was broken and we had to manually raise the double door, and because this seemed like a very reasonable price, I told him to go ahead and do the job. But since he didn't have the right unit in his truck, he instead had me sign a contract (for the $245.00) and arranged for another technician to return on Monday. We both sign the contract and I get a copy. On Monday we get a call that they can't do it until Tuesday morning (from 8-10am). Tuesday a different technician arrives about an hour late. He has the right unit but says we were quoted the wrong price; in fact the unit would cost an additional $100. I show him the signed contract for $245, and he apologizes but says they can't do it for that price! Of course, I'm furious. Our unit has not worked now for five days and its obvious we are being treated dishonestly. He calls the owner who says they will do it at "their cost," with no profit, but that still means we'll have to pay $40 more than the contract price. I had checked with other companies and knew that even their inflated price of $285, which included the Genie 1024, installation and an outside keypad, was a good deal. And since we were without an operating garage door, I told him to go ahead and we paid the $285 price. This technician was sloppy. He left wire and metal staples all over our garage floor. If I hadn't made him stop and sweep up the mess, we certainly would have had flat tires. No way we will ever work with this company again.

They actually came twice. They came to do the regular service when they lubricated the door and I bought some new remotes and then they came out again when they replaced a big spring thing. They were able to come out quickly when I called. They came did the job and they were gone. They did a good job. Price wise I have nothing to compare them with. I will continue to use them in the future.

It turned out well, but the garage is still making some noises, so I am planning to contact them again.

We were satisfied with them. It hadn’t been checked for quite a while, so we just wanted to make sure everything was working fine. It is working fine. He didn't redo anything.

I wasn’t very happy with them but I decided to drop it. My garage door is a wide door. When I pulled up my driveway, I could a couple of indentations. I called Chandler Garage Door Service and someone came. They didn’t feel that it was that bad and said that they would call the company that makes the doors. They were supposed to come and look at the door, but nobody ever showed up. When the sun is shining right on the door, you can see the indentation. I think that is because my door is insulated. I decided that it wasn’t worth it. I bought the door from another company but they installed it. They told me that the manufacturer was in the little town next door in Union City. The price was about $1500 for their services. It was a nightmare to pay for it and it was a big hassle. I was using a debit card and they wouldn’t accept it. It was a brand new door. The price was okay. The quality was a little bit flawed. So, I don’t know what they could have done to repair it. They did come and install it. It was a three-part thing, which involved the store from where I bought the door, Chandler Garage Door Service and the manufacturer. It was basically the manufacturer that I didn’t like. Their professionalism was fine. I wouldn’t use them again. I would go to a local dealer.

Company has provided good customer interaction, from the initial call, to the timing of the service, etc. All went good. And, the amount of work executed,did not meet what was listed in the description in the Big Deal, and did not provide what I expected from the "Garage Door Tune-up" service

The whole experience was great!! Starting with salesperson, Charlie, through installation by Al and Dan. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Charlie, unlike some salespeople, is low key. He showed me various style choices and options available and give me recommendations (only when I asked) based my needs. We scheduled my installation at that time. Al and Dan arrived on time. They removed my old door and had the new installed in record time. Al carefully reviewed operation, maintainance and care of my new door and opener. Dan took the time to remove the house numbers from my old door, so I could use them on my new one. They left my garage and driveway clean.

I thought they were competent. They came when they said they would and did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

Very happy with the work. When we scheduled the installation we were told they would start between 8:30 and 9:00. We requested, and received, a phone call the morning of the installation so we would know when to really expect them. The installers were polite, completed the job efficiently and cleaned up after. When I checked the doors to make sure there were no problems, one of the installers told me about things to watch for, things not to do, and gave information on regular maintenance. I'm sure all of this is covered in the product information and warranty information we received, but I appreciated them taking the time to explain and answer my questions.

The young man that came out went above and beyond what he needed to do. In fact I gave him a $20 tip because he was wonderful. I would use them over and over again. He was very, very knowledgeable and very nice. The price was worth every penny of it. The price was absolutely wonderful and they were very punctual and professional.

New door was bargain priced and of acceptable quality. Installers were on time and exceptionally efficient, and their work was of high quality. Unwittingly I made out their check for $980 instead of $890. Chandler called back later in the day, pointing out the error. They agreed to tear up my check and accept a mailed version with the correct amount.

They were really good. They moved, checked and did all the things to the garage door to make sure that it was working properly. They tightened bolts and realigned the lines that have to break if someone's coming in the garage to make the garage door start or stop. They did what they said they were going to do.

Fine job. Estimator was very helpful and patient explaining options. Workmen arrived and left on time, and cleaned up nicely. Job was done well overall.

He adjusted the garage door in about 20 minutes and gave me some pointers about the door. He was honest, on-time, and the door runs much better that before.

It was a deal that Angie's List offered. It went pretty well. The guy was pretty good. He told me what to look out for and how to maintain the garage door so that it stays in good condition. He was a friendly guy. After he went away the garage door was sticking a little but I never called him back.

I called the company to fix appointment, they gave the estimate and technician came in punctually. Had the necessary replacement springs, 1 was broken, but replaced both (they were old anyway and to save on labor as well ). Fixed the issue with the sensor alignment. Was very courteous and punctual.Explained how to maintain it regularly. Hassle-free experience and very reasonable.
