Beat everyone else's pricing hands down while delivering exceptional product and service. Jim (owner) said he has been doing this work for over 40 years. He even showed me how to reprogram my keypad myself in case I need to change it in the future.

From the initial call through the completion of work, this company surpassed expectations. They were able to get a technician out to me within a day of my call. The technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional. After inspecting the door, he told me up front the two possible scenarios and their costs. The service was performed quickly and the 15 year old garage door hums like new. Thank you!!

Great response by the company and the guy was nice, but I wasn't very happy with the end result as my garage still gets stuck from time to time due to the tracks being out of alignment. The cable is still making a clacking noise as it unwinds, but apparently it isn't part of the deal to get a good adjustment. I am offering them a 3 star for being nice people and super fast response, work wise I think it can be better.

Top quality professional service! Prompt and punctual. Solved and corrected garage door problems of loud shrill and squeaky noises and sticking issues. Performed entire service including replacing all door rollers lube and problem fixing and re-balancing with speed, knowledge and professionalism, and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Explained everything that was done and provided all old parts that were replaced and did not ask for additional fees over what I paid for the bargain coupon. I highly recommend this company for any garage door issues and Robert, who performed all this work, represented the company well. My garage door now operates smoothly and quietly like I've never known before.

My garage door remotes were iffy opening the doors. Sometimes they worked & sometimes they didn't. I did a Google search and the search said that it was the antenna that needed to be resoldered or replaced. I contacted Chandler after seeing outstanding Angie"s List Reviews on him. After a discussion with Chandler it was determined that it was better to replace the opener than repair. The expected cost was about $450. When the repair man arrived he examined the opener and determined that the 2 LED bulbs were causing interference with the antenna. The bulbs were replaced and the remotes worked perfectly. He suggested that we do a tuneup on the door at a cost of $99. What a terrific experience! What a great show of concern for a customer! My recommendation is to "GO CHANDLER" for any garage door servicing needs!

The service professional (I think it was Tom), although friendly and professional, arrived two hours late. I scheduled an appointment from 9-11AM, and he arrived at 10:50AM, hence the "bad" rating for punctuality. When he arrived, he proceeded to perform the work that I purchased through Angie's List, which was a $100 garage door maintenance package that included greasing rollers, door balance check, and motor inspection. Upon the inspection, Tom highly recommended that I perform the service that I outlined above. He reasoned that the age of the springs and motor had exceeded the typical life spans. He had the garage door opener motor, drive shaft, and springs in his truck and promptly installed them in 90 minutes. He performed some tuning on both garage doors. I rated a "C" for pricing because the garage door opener could be purchased for $300 just for parts of Amazon. I was quoted $640 for the door opener and installation. It took 1 guy 45 minutes to replace the garage door opener and drive shaft. Was that worth $340? Perhaps this was fair price compared to competing vendors, but I didn't have a chance to compare. So my perception is that the replacement is more expensive than it should be. However, given that the work was done well, and he tuned the rest of my garage door, I'll rate the overall pricing as Fair for the scope of work done.

Guy was awesome - very friendly, excellent price, knowledgeable about competitor's practices. I will definitely call them, not the competitors, in the future. It's been too long to remember the exact price, but it was fair and made cheaper through Angie's List coupon. They were easy to schedule and did what they could to provide the fastest service using MY timetable. Excellent experience.

called monday afternoon, got an appointment tuesday morning. repairman showed up right on time, done in minimal time. Just the way a repair should go, awesome!

I had another vendor out previously to fix my garage door and it kept coming off the tracks. I didn't provide feedback until now for Chandler Garage Door Service as I wanted to confirm it was finally fixed. I haven't had any problems with the door since Chandler Garage Door came out to service. Thank you!

Had replaced our opener because it died (really) - quality of new openers really sucks now - tracks are flimsy as heck and can't handle a hard pull anymore (even a high hp opener - the motor can handle it but the track buckles. He said that I had to replace the springs with heavier ones (he didn't have any with him) and once I did that, give him a call and he'd be back to help fine tune it and be sure everything was working right. Can't rate the quality because nothing was done other than look at it. 8 messages later, still waiting. I did not get the service I was told I would get.

Talked with the service man-> unable to place rain guard on the side since the door is not metal and that it would scrap the paint off the door. Also unable to place backup battery. Service man came at 10 AM (window 9-11 AM). Took him 1.5-2.0 hours to change and install the opener.

The technician arrived right on time. They had given me a 2 hour window, but he arrived in the first half hour. Very friendly. The door is now working better than it has in years.

Had to reschedule a few times (thus the B rating) but once the tech arrived work was done properly and effeciently. I would use them again.
