I had to ask for a refund on my deal because they said they didn't service my area, even after I scheduled an appointment with them.

Very prompt and professional, it was a great value and I would highly recommend them.

That was good. They did come out and did it promptly. I had to pay another 80 dollars. For the garage door, he said there was something not working properly on the garage door so he asked me if he could replace it and told me there would be an additional charge. One guy came out and he was courteous. It has been working fine since then.

They were fantastic. Great on scheduling, showed up within the window. Assessed the problem and actually recommended the cheaper option and was done very quick. Fantastic service from start to finish...AND came in under his estimate.

The service went well. I believe they tuned up both garage doors with no additional fees. One technician came out and completed the work in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did a nice job and scheduling was easy. They did run late one day and had to cancel the following day.

The service was good. They did an excellent job. The $100 Big Deal purchase price covered everything. They were fast, courteous, and just great. I would definitely call them again.

Chandler Garage Door Service was awesome! Our garage literally stopped opening...luckily I was only trying to get into the garage and not get out. I called Chandler Garage Door Service around noon and Jocelyne, who handles scheduling, said they happened to have an opening later that afternoon and sent a technician out same day! Now, that's service! She was super knowledgeable and was patient about answering my questions (as I had never had to repair my garage door in the past). Daniel, the technician, was on time and extremely professional. He did a lot in very little time and was done in less than an hour. We are very happy with the results...we had no idea out garage could be so quiet! I would not hesitate to recommend Chandler Garage Door Service to family & friends!

Chandler installed a new garage door opening mechanism for us. We first installed a chain drive but it was a bit slow and noisy, so we decided to upgrade to a better belt drive unit. Chandler came right back out and took out the first one and put in the second one, no extra charge for the second visit. Super punctual and professional, good service.

It worked out very well. It was not as expensive as I thought it was going to be and it turned out very nice. He was quite thorough and helpful. They didn't charge anymore than the price of the deal. He showed up on time. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and he had a good disposition regarding his work. He took care of the problem that we had and that was the roller situation.

I purchased this service on a Tuesday morning and by Wednesday morning the service was complete. The scheduling was easy and smooth, the service man was quick, efficient and did a great job. When it comes time to replace my garage door and motor I will be using this company again.

I purchased two big deals off Angie's List. I was hesitant as I live on the Peninsula and this is an East Bay Company; I normally like to use local companies but this deal was too good to resist. The deal was $100 for a garage door tune up and roller replacement. I purchased one for myself and one for my parents. From start to finish the staff at Chandler Garage Door Service were friendly and professional. The original contact person asked some pertinent questions about the service I needed and the type of equipment her repair person would be dealing with. When I told her I would be home the next day for another repair appointment, she was able to schedule an appointment for me at the same time so I wouldn't have to take 2 days off. She scheduled my appointment window for 10:00 to noon. The day of the appointment, Larry, called to advise he would be there in 20 minutes. He arrived shortly before 11:00 as promised. He quickly took a look at the circa 1958 wooden paneled garage doors (with glass insets) and quickly diagnosed the problem for the broken door. Some new rollers, lubrication, replacement of missing screws, etc., etc. (including candle wax for the portion that was rubbing against the door frame) and the door was once again in business. This was great news as I was sure he was going to tell me we needed a new door. The second door just needed some maintenance as promised in my Angie's List Big Deal Purchase. As he finished, he gave me the best news of all, he wasn't going to charge me anymore than the $200 I had already paid for the Angie's List Big Deal Purchase. Both doors now work great. In fact my 88 year old father, who had not been able to lift the door that only needed maintenance, can now once again lift it by himself. Many thanks to Larry (repairman), you did a great job. I will be sure to recommend Chandler's to anyone I know that needs garage door repairs. b

They were very polite and apologetic with me. Unfortunately they no longer service my area.

Entire service took less than an hour, and the garage door operates much more smoothly now.

The guy came on time and was very friendly! We showed him the the problem and it got it fixed quickly. He also examined the garage door and helped us lubricating all the hinges. I would definitely use them again!

Arrived on time, finished a little early, cleaned up the area, demonstrated the new opener and safety features, left.

The primary contact was training another individual so it went slower than normal. The new person was clumsy. The vehicle they drove up in was in bad shape. It was not professional. The two guys were not dressed very well--sloppy. However, the primary contact seemed to know what he was doing and troubleshot the problem right away. So, even though it was a little rough around the edges, I'd use the company again. I should say that the person who took my phone call originally was real sharp. That was executed very well.

The receptionist kept insuring they would be here and they never came in. I had to call like 4 times and they kept saying he was coming, that there was traffic, and a bunch of excuses. I rescheduled for the 24 th but I?m going to just cancel. I don?t feel confident in them showing up.

Appointment scheduling was fast and easy. They showed up on time, very professional and helpful. Excellent service. I would very much use this company again and recommend to others.

I hired Chandler Garage Door Service from the "$100 Garage Door Tune-Up and Roller Replacement" deal. My garage door hadn't been aligned in years. Pat arrived on time and had the job done in twenty minutes. The replacement rollers are better quality than the originals, and the garage door now runs without making a racket.

The provider was professional when I spoke with him. I was advised that they would not be able to do the work, which has caused me to request a refund.

The representative from Chandler was timely, professional and courteous.

Repair service was professional. The repair man was very helpful and checked everything. He oiled and cleaned where needed. Arrival time fell outside of the range scheduled. We even called that morning to make sure that we are confirmed for a specific time window, because of tightness in our schedule. There was probably a miscommunication between scheduling and service teams. The person who answered our phone call was very nice also.
