On November 27, 2012, I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator from Pearson's Appliance in Vacaville. It was scheduled to be delivered on December 19th between 3:00 and 6:00. The delivery charge was $59.95. I had asked to be called before they came; however when no one called I called Pearson's at 5:00 and was told that the delivery would happen at 6:00. Well, at 6:40 one delivery man came by himself, saying that the second man had been called to another job. He asked if they could return the next day, assuring me that I'd be first on their list and I'd receive a call from Pearson's. I never received a call, but two delivery men arrived at 11:00 a.m. As a customer, I feel this is unsatisfactory to be inconvienced for this many hours. People should not have to pay $59.95 for delivery only to be inconvienced to this extent. The manager for delivery needs to be better organized. On Dec. 22nd, I wrote a letter to Pearson's, but never heard back from them. In the future, I'll be buying appliances elsewhere (and where they have no delivery charge).
Description of Work: I purchased a new refrigerator, a Whirlpool, on November 27, 2012 and it was delivered on December 20, 2012. I love the refrigerator, but had bad service with the delivery.

THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND WITH MINIMUM DISRUPTION TO THE HOUSE. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY CHARGED US $200 FOR THE LABOR BUT IT DID NOT INCLUDE THE PARTS. I THOUGHT THAT WAS A BIT HIGH FOR THE JOB DONE.
Description of Work: THIS SERVICE WAS UNDER WARRANTY WHEN WE HAD THEM FIX THE MICROWAVE. THEY HAD TO PUT ON A NEW DOOR HANDLE AND FRONT GRILL.

THEY CAME OUT TO WORK ON IT THREE SEPARATE TIMES AND DID NOT FIX IT. THERE WAS NO ICE THAT WAS COMING FROM IT. THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A WARRANTY.

I HAD REPEATEDLY CALLED G.E. FOR REPAIR OF MY NEW RANGETOP. AFTER HAVING THE RANGETOP REPAIRED SEVERAL TIMES, I CALLED PEARSON'S AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE REPAIR DONE AND DONE RIGHT.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED MY NEW G. E. GAS RANGETOP. IT WOULD NOT LIGHT MOST OF THE TIME.
