Nerds On Call Computer Repair Vacaville

I am writing this for a family member who needs to have her computer fixed. When she called the number to ask where they were located, she was told Vacaville was the closest to her home. They told her to meet them at a location that turned out to be a Nail Salon; the owner of which told her that the computer business left in September. She got a voice mail; the man was running late, and instead of 1:30PM, he would be delayed for about an hour. She sat in a hot parking lot and at 2:30PM when he did not show, she called back and the representative checked and said he would be there and quot;soonand quot;. She waited another 15 minutes and, fed up, she left. She finally did receive a call from the office (?) over 20 minutes after that, as she was on her way home, and was told the man couldn't find her in the parking lot; she had already left in disgust. The only resolution offered to her was that they could pick up her computer from her home in a week. She will never call nor recommend this outfit to anyone, not even her worst enemy.

They were very good, excellent. They were on time, they were courteous and they were knowledgeable.

They come to the house for service. They don't charge you to come out. If you use them then they charge you the $99.00 and then what ever else it takes to fix it. They are very good. I have used them three times. Every time they are very up front, very honest and accurate.
