Overall, it went great and we are very pleased with the outcome. We have an odd shape area in our family room that we wanted a rug for to be carpeted. Owner was able to come measure the area we wanted the same evening we first went to ask about a custom rug. He was able to give me an estimate the next day with total costs (we wanted one side binded as well. The only issue is that I had some trouble at first getting a hold of someone to give me a solid progress check for the rug, but eventually I got it and was able to get it when wanted it by. Overall, I'd recommend and better to go local than a big chain store. The rug looks great and we're very happy with it.

Our main point of contact was Rick. We had good communication from him and everyone we dealt with at Mand D. Rick came to measure our carpeted areas. I texted him some carpet part numbers and names that we saw at Home Depot and he found the right carpets and got them ordered. When the carpets arrived, four excellent and friendly installers arrived right on time. They worked very quickly and were in and out in very little time - probably 3 hours for removal and installation. They vacuumed up all the loose threads from cutting the carpets and hauled away the old stuff (for a very acceptable additional charge). We are happy with both the carpets, the quality of installation, the cost, and our interactions with the people of Mand D and we would recommend them to anyone.

It has been a pretty good experience with them. So far it has been good working with him. He spent a lot of time with us. We have been through a bunch of different options. They have such a huge inventory of all qualities and most are high quality.

It came out wonderfully. They came out on time and the workers were great. The prices were fair as well.

I chose Mand D on the recommendation of a friend who had bathroom tile replaced and the fact that they are local. It was somewhat confusing just getting to their warehouse/showroom location. Employees there were helpful in assisting me in making selections of samples to take home. When I called to arrange a time for measurements, I was told it would be early in the morning. No one showed up, so I called and it was rearranged for that afternoon. After I got the rooms measured, there was no followup from Mand D, so I went back to their warehouse and made a purchase. I was told that the installers would come at 8:30 on Oct. 16th, but they didn't come until over an hour later, causing me to miss another appointment. I had too many problems to want to use them again.

THIS COMPANY DID A FINE JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID AND CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE ROOMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
