Made an appointment and man got lost - finally gave me my estimate which was high. Then 2 weeks later, another man turned up. Did not tell me he was from Lowes and I went ahead thinking he was my third estimate and spent a half hour explaining what I wanted done. Then he tells me he will turn his bid over to Lowes - well Lowes already sent someone out - they were not very well co-ordinated. So I decided because of price and unprofessionalism, not to deal with them.

Took several trips back to Lowe's and still did not have proper material on hand. In the end the fence gates would not latch and contractor no longer available to fix. My advice is for a do it yourself project, go to Lowe's. For a fence installed, go to a fence company.

Excellent workmanship, punctuality, courtesy. Price was great. I'd highly recommend.

The design was complete and the measure was made the day before Thanksgiving. We paid as soon as the estimate was completed and the job was finished on April 23. We tried to order the best product within their line and I believe the price was good considering how many specialized cabinets we had in our design. Surface was cherry. So the comment is that there's a lot of variation in cherry but the sample on display doesn't show that dorrs are made of about 3 inch wide strips. So having a light 3 inch strip next to a more traditional cherry color was a surprise (and I would have preferred that the display was more representative) but other than ordering a replacement door that was just too much for me, it's OK. Everyone was really, really nice. In my opinion, the Kraftmaid factor had a defective day when they were making the drawers. The drawer fron did not origianlly cover the face of the cabinet at the bottom. there was a great deal of overlap at the top but about a eighth of an inch opening at the bottom of the cabinet front not covered by the drawer front. After I brought this to the attention of the installer and the store and reiterated the problem, the installer spent several hours moving the drawer front down on the drawer. It would have been an excessive pain if one were installing one's own cabinets. So it took longer than I had hoped and there were some problems that had to be resolved but I now have very nice kitchen cabinets.

I found out that when they say 2 and a half car garage floor, you can not stretch it to cover a three car garage. I wish someone from the store would have pointed out and sold me metal cans that I could have used to save some of the paint in one and the epoxy in the other. That way the extra gallon of paint/epoxy wouldn't have been wasted.

They gave us the benefit of the doubt on pricing. They did great follow up and checked on the contractor. Great customer service on the follow up with the contractor they used.
