+ -1 moreThe work was done very well and I was impressed with the service. I had the same problem ironically enough at my own home, so I knew what the work entailed. They were friendly and prompt. I was happy with the service.
Description of Work: They fixed the refrigerator in a rental property that I have. There was some kind of little regulator switch that went out inside and needed to be replaced.

+ -1 moreThey employees there are very knowledgeable. I did have one other company come out and try to repair it however they wanted to replace the whole stove together. Ken's Appliance came out and identified the problem right away and saved me from spending a lot of unnecessary money. They have good servicemen who figured out my problem right away.
Description of Work: They repaired my stove as the burners were not working correctly.

+ -1 moreKen's appliances does great work and are very professional people. We bought a fridge from them a few years ago and just recently the icemaker went out on it. We called Kens and they sent someone right out. The service man established that the icemaker needed to be replaced, so he told me he would have to order one in. When the new icemaker came in they called me and sent the service man back to my house to install the new icemaker in my fridge. They were very efficient and left everything clean and running well and we have had no other problems since.
Description of Work: We purchased a new fridge from Ken s appliances and we had great service until the icemaker stopped working so they came out and replaced it for us.
