Green Thumb Tree Care

Rude, misogynistic and hostile.... So I didn't hire these guys, but my neighbor did. First off, they cat called me on my way out of my house, but I ignored it and the negative comments that followed. When I got back I noticed a branch from a tree they were cutting down was laying on top of my baby mandarin tree, in my backyard. I was annoyed but simply picked it up and carefully dropped it over the fence, where it belonged. My tree had only been maybe a foot tall and now it's flat against the ground. I didn't get a chance to look at it because one of the workers started yelling at me. I tried to explain why I dropped the branch over and the condition of my baby tree. He got really hostile and started calling me a liar and a Karen. I calmly asked him to drop it because I didn't want this argument, but he insisted that we continue... even as I walked away. He was calling me a Karen the whole time. Honestly, I think he was the Kevin or Ken of this situation. First time anything like that has ever happened to me. I'd prefer this company to stay far away from my property.

Completed work and clean are in one day.

They skillfully did the service and cleaned up their operation. I would use them again in the future.

Excellent work. They showed up on time, did all the work contracted, and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. The crew worked very hard and was flexible in how the work was done to accommodate the work site, taking care not to damage anything. I highly recommend them for these types of services.
