+ -1 moreUnfortunately they don't want my business. I've been calling since Friday. Today is Sunday. I just wanted to speak with a live person. Their voicemail would answer every time. The message states that they are not taking any new clients at this time. Which is disappointing. I still wanted to speak with them. Ask if this would ever change? Do they have a wait list for new clients? Ect... Oh well! I guess the search continues.......
Description of Work: I am trying to find a trustworthy and hardworking cleaning company. So far the search in my area has been difficult. Especially since I'm doing this for my parents home. I want someone to come in 1-2 times a month. So obviously trust is a big one. I don't quite understand why this company is even listed? They are also on Yelp. THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY NEW CLIENTS! As far as most of the reviews go, the reviews are positive. I believe one of the reviews regarding them not accepting new clients on Yelp is approximately a year old. I wonder why they don't have more employees? Unless they prefer doing it themselves? Do it yourself and the job always gets done right?? I'm just frustrated because I would like to use their services and can't. Seems a little odd to me. It looks like they could be bringing in a lot more revenue if they would expand the business.

+ -1 moreI rented the place and it was not cleaned well before I moved in. This crew was a lifesaver as I am in my 70's and due to health issues was not able to do these areas myself. The women on the crew were very nice and worked diligently. There was one area in the back of two lower cabinets that were missed, and when I called, the Owner returned the next day and cleaned them herself apologizing for the missed area. I believe the price I paid was very reasonable for the results I got. I would recommend this company and would use them again as needed.
Description of Work: The crew cleaned the entire kitchen, which included cabinets in and out, entire stove, and moving stove and refrigerator to clean around and behind. Deep cleaned a bathroom and a large ceiling fan/light in dining room.

+ -1 moreI've used Dawn and her crew for the last 2 years or so, and I can't say enough about the high quality of their work. They are extremely attentive to the details of a good cleaning, and do their work at a quick pace. Their prices are more than fair for the quality of their work, and she is very responsive when I've had special requests. I would give Clean Freaks my highest recommendation!
Description of Work: Clean Freaks does an excellent and thorough job of cleaning my house each week. They clean every room in my house until it sparkles, and they do it quickly and efficiently.
