 + -1 moreEverything went very well and job was completed in originally quoted timeframe. My tenant commented that they were very professional and did a good job. Now only time will tell - my hope is to be leak free for the next couple of decades!
Description of Work: We needed a tear off of an existing flat roof on a commercial building that was leaking badly (previous roof was a Metacrylics coating).

Description of Work: Cal Roofing replaced 2 roofs for me. Each was on time, on estimate and looks great. They were not the lowest price (Davis is just high) but they were reasonable and gave me a little discount for doing more than one roof. They gave patient and thorough explanations for everything I wanted to talk about, including redoing estimates and resending info when I couldn't find it.d
