BUDGET BLINDS OF FAIRFIELD

It was a wonderful experience and knew I would go with Budget Blinds from the onset.

Toni (the owner) came out to my house for the estimate. She and her assistant were on time. They went through the house, listening to what I wanted and measuring the windows. Then Toni showed me examples of my options. I chose the composite material for the lifetime warranty and thermal benefits. Toni suggested several options (at no additional cost) that I wasn't even aware of. She talked me through the size of the louver, a bi-fold option for the larger windows, and breaking up the bar you use to open the blinds into two - so you can close the bottom (for privacy) and open the top (for light). I took her suggestions and the blinds are not only very functional, but also look fantastic! It has really upgraded the look of the rooms we installed them in. Additionally, they are so easy to use that our three year old can open/close them - without damaging them - and they are much more child-safe than the other style with blinds cords. Toni gave me the Kelly Moore paint code to match the blinds - our upstairs window sills needed paint and are now an exact match to the blinds. We also installed them in the bedrooms and it is extremely dark in the morning - exactly what I wanted. The blinds lay flat so very little light gets through them when they are fully closed. I did see a small reduction in our electric bill right after installation - they effectively block the light/heat in the summer. A few of the windows in the house already had shutters (wood - at least 10 years old, but still look great). Toni noticed a broken/missing staple on one of the louvers and made a note for the installers to fix it... at no charge. If we ever need to add shutters to another window or replace the old wood shutters, I wouldn't hesitate to call Toni back. I feel like we got a pretty good price too... I had a coupon for 40% off. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE WILLING TO LISTEN TO MY IDEAS. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND CAME QUICKLY WHEN I WANTED TO CHANGE SOMETHING.
