Description of Work: My tenant advised the a/c stopped working. I called Blue Pacific and he said he could go out the next day to look at it. He was able to coordinate with the tenant a time to go out for the repairs. It was an easy repair, they also did maintenance on the system. A month later another part needed to be replaced. I'm not sure if that's something they would've been able to notice doing the maintenance.

Homes in our condo community have radiant heating panels which recently failed. Each home owner who wished to replace their failed system could contract with a company to install a replacement of their choice, including HVAC mini systems. Blue Pacific installed two HVAC systems near our home. After each system was installed, our dumpster and recycling bins were completely filled with construction debris, resulting in inconvenience for all the nearby units. It was apparent that.the debris was related to a Trane system installation, so I emailed the owner to verify that they were responsible He never responded. Later I learned that installation had been started on both units without a required building permit. Furthermore, the California State Contractors Board web site showed they had no employees other than the owner, thus requiring no workers compensation insurance. According to the BBB web site, they have 2 employees. These problems have since been fixed, but may have allowed Blue Pacific to provide a lower bid than competitors. Other neighbors have reported that Blue Pacific has encouraged them to cancel existing contracts to go with them instead. If you choose to solicit a bid from Blue Pacific, proceed with caution.
Description of Work: Installed two HVAC systems in our community.
