+ -1 moreMy clients decided not to proceed due to the oneous Purchase Addendum and quality of the homes their sellers "rennovate".
Description of Work: I had a client interested in one of their listings. Their required Addendum that must accompany offers is onerous, and also requires buyer to use their escrow company. They represent investors who appear to flip properties. The "renovated" or "remodeled" properties, have new flooring which appears of low quality, have been painted and have new baseboards and molding and kitchen and bath updates which appear below standards in the price range of the property. Inquiries about their required offer addendum were not handled professionally. I had to advise my client if they wanted to proceed that they should get an attorney to review the documents.

+ -1 moreThey have no quality control! No one inspects the work after it's done. For example, they left nails sticking out of the floor boards and they left no reading material about any of the appliances. There were 5 screens missing, which they never replaced. There was chipped paint. One of the kitchen cabinets was even hung wrong! They sent someone out to take down my complaints. After a month went by and I hadn't heard from them, I called back to follow up, and they said that they were not going to do anything about them, that it was my fault because I did not inspect the house first. I have many other complaints, but the list is too long for me to write here.
Description of Work: I used them to purchase my current home.
