+ -1 moreAustin's cleaned both units and in addition checked all parts-- compressor, Freon, wires, etc. Everything is in good order.
Description of Work: We have 2 A/C units which are getting old. We do have a home warranty and in order to comply with our agreement, if the units were to die, we need to regularly clean and maintain them. We called Austin's to come out and clean/inspect our air conditioner. Arrived on time and a bit early. Professional technician and gave us a great price.

+ -1 moreOn a Friday, we noticed the A/C wasn't blowing the normally arctic cold air. My system's approx 7 years old and a beast. I can freeze everyone out of the house if I so choose. Exactly why I spent the extra money for a better unit. I called a friend and they recommended two companies. Austin's called me back that night - Friday night. He showed up the next day on time. Thoroughly explained the problem and gave me tips on what to expect for the future and how to maintain the life of a very expensive HVAC system. Interestingly enough, the other company finally called later in the week. We would have roasted by then.
