Air Essentials

We just purchased a house and called Air Essentials to get the air ducts cleaned out. We told them we were running late to meet them at the house and they were very accomodating. It was funny that we really hustled and they gave us even more extra time just in case we were later than expected. I called to let them know we had arrived while they were calling us to let us know they were on their way so our phone calls both went directly to voicemail. The technician came in quickly and efficiently, educated us further on what to expect and how it works in addition to explaining the mechanics of the vent systems and then showed us the before/after results. They had a promotional coupon on their website for $100 off the service so that was good timing for us. They were so professional and reasonable that I would recommended them to anyone. Also, they were cheerful and I think that goes a long way.

I purchased a new furnace (this time including air conditioning) in May, 2007. I'd lived in the house at that point for 31 years without air conditioning so cooling was new and was the main reason for the new unit (a replacement of the original 1950's unit). I'd received about 5 estimates and this was the middle of the price range but the owner, Anthony Pirrung, answered all my questions in detail without sales pressure, suggested I speak to other vendors before making a decision and then his workers provided excellent service during the installation (not an easy one considering a REALLY small crawl space under the house and also a confined closet space where the inside unit resides). Since the installtion I've called for appointments when I had questions or issues and the service has been great including today. Quick call-back from the owner and courteous no-charge service from the techs even beyond the 5 year warranty. I'd definitely recommend them!

I purchased Trane replacement parts; the condenser is rated SEER 13 and the furnace is 80% eff. The techs did a good job. The job was complete by the end of the day. The system works as per design. The cost was comparable to other quotes I had received. My house was left in a clean condition as they laid out blankets to walk on. I would recommend using them again.

I FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY IS ACCOMMODATING. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND I TRUST TO LET THEM IN MY HOME. THEY ARE HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
