ACCURATE HEATING & AIR COND

We used Accurate Heating and Air Conditioning. Our air completely stopped on the 4th of July weekend. Our air conditioner is 15 years old. They came out on the 5th and repaired the unit in 1 hr. Replaced a contact switch and a capacitor electrical parts. The service representative was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and presented himself in a clean and tidy uniform. 707-446-9073. I started using Accurate Heating and Air to maintenance the HVAC in my home approx. 15 years ago. In that period of time, they have performed maintenance, repair, duct cleaning and sealing, and installed a new HVAC system when my old one aged out. This company is local, responsive, has a very professional but friendly staff, and does quality work. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

My thirty-five year old gas furance stopped heating. Being the experienced do-it-your-selver, I decided to fix it myself with the help of the local repair part supply store. After replacing several parts at the cost of hundreds of dollars and still no heat, I called Accurate Air. The serviceman arrived on time, as scheduled. I told him would I had replaced, he inspected my work, tested the furance, and determined I had a defective Inducer Control Board. Being that old of a furance, he would have to order the part in order to repair. I opted to get the part myself and installed it, I now have heat. The repairman was an experienced, former Trane factory trained employee, very pleasant, and not iintimidating. Shoud the furance fail again, calling Accurate Air will be my first step.

The technician was on time. he quickly identified the issue with the furnace and let me know the cost to repair. I thought i would get the hard sell to replace since it is so old but didn't which was nice. (We know that replacement is in our future but having to do it just before Christmas would be brutal.) We will definitely consider this company when we decide to replace.

Needed to replace original heating and A/C. Work done in the spring. Work was done on time and at the price quoted. Professional. Cleaned up after. The fan unit on the A/C failed twice within a year (open winding on both motors). Repair was relatively prompt given the season (summer in Vacaville, can't fix A/C fast enough).

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT TO GET TO A SERVICE CALL. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH COURTEOUS EMPLOYEES.
