+ -1 moreThe man was very, very rude. He began shouting as he was explaining what needed to be done. His way of saying he could not perform the work. Walked away as I was speaking to him. Basically I was talking to myself unaware he'd walked away. People beware. His business ad should be removed from Angie's list!!!

Description of Work: He diagnosed our plumbing problem, which involved testing various parts of our plumbing system. He found a major problem which will take more time to repair. He proposed, a temporary fix (which we need to do anyway because the major cause damaged this part of our plumbing) which will work until we do the major repair. |This plumber explained what he was doing as he went through the process of diagnosing the problem. He saved us some money by having us do the simple part of the repair, and by us purchasing the parts for the major part of the repair . He explained clearly what still needs to be done and why.
