Andy gave me first a verbal estimate, then a detailed written contract. He performed the work exactly as stated in the contract on the date we had agreed on. I knew he did good work because several of my neighbors had their concrete work done by him. I am very happy with the results and would hire him again.

The estimate was fair, I had one change order that went fine. They showed up on time, did a good job. Im happy with the results

They came in on July 22 as they said they would. We got put on the calendar and was told he was about two weeks out. He emailed the day before he showed up as he said he would. They had to do some demolition work to remove all the other slabs so it would be all the same color and no have to worry about matching anything. They then removed the dirt and hauled it away. Next day finished removing dirt, bringing in rock, framing the area and laying down the rebar. We had made a change and let them know before they came out, but that was just added on when he got here. They poured the cement over two day so that he could do a good job on putting on the brush finish. They came on time, listened to what we wanted and did all that we asked. The job finished up today and we could not be any happier, and we expected to pay double what we were quoted ( and even got a 5% senior discount that we found out they had listed on their web page). We will be redoing our drive way next and will call on them to do the work.

We contacted this company to obtain an estimate for removal of our old driveway and to pour a new driveway. They arrived at the appointment at the agreed time and provided a thorough written estimate. They were professional and courteous. We used a different company but it was more of a scheduling issue with us. Would contact them again in the future to obtain an estimate.

This was a great experience, they were very accommodating and worked with us on all of the final design as we changed our minds and expanded the project a number of times. Andy was great to deal with and a pleasure to get to know. They were always punctual which is rare nowadays and communicated what he was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend A Townsend Concrete.

Andy performed the work on time and without difficulty and was very accomodating to our schedule that we had changed prior to the pour.I found A. Townsend Concrete on the internet but was not able to find any references on Angies list but gave him a call - he came out to do the job walk and explained what and how the job would be done all the things that he did on the job were proper and satisfied code requirements.
