XM now also does plumbing, electrical, and other home repairs and remodeling. Xavier has been my go-to person for household and apartment repairs for quite a while.

They told me that they were going to charge me $300 to have the motor cleaned. After they did the work, pipes coming from my furnace started spewing water. They said that they needed to replace the motor for another $400. After I purchased the new part and had it installed, I still had water spewing out. I called the owner and he told me to call someone else to handle the issue. He kept giving me excuses on why he couldn't come out to fix the issue that I had hired them to fix. I am still waiting for a return call. I would not recommend them.

Went very well. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable. Xavier responded right away to my message and came the same-day for the repair and gave me a fair price.

I am very happy with Xavier's Heating & Air. What happened was, I came home late on a Friday, and learned that my air conditioner was not working. This was on a very hot August day. I feared maybe I would have a long hot weekend, and have to wait until Monday for a service call. However, Xavier came out on Saturday afternoon and quickly got things working again. He fixed what needed fixing, and didn't pretend I needed a whole new unit, or anything like that. I was very grateful to get fast and honest service on a weekend. Xavier has the quality that makes all the difference...he truly cares. He first tried to service our old furnace but with the issues & investment required, it was a better replace it. Xavier was available when we needed him, knew what he was talking about and was very reasonable. We would highly recommend.

We have used his services in the past and we were so pleased with his work we called him again. Xavier called before arriving. He showed up in a timely manner and was very professional. He assessed the work and immediately went to work. He always kept me informed of his progress and what needed to be done. He and Josh did a wonderfully thorough job and they were both so kind, funny and courteous. They cleaned up after they were finished and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Our A/C broke down during the heat wave. We called another provider prior and the previous person spent less than 2 minutes on the unit and stated the motor was shot and it was $1,000.00. We immediately dismissed that provider and got Xavier's Name from a friend of ours. He is honest, detail oriented and takes great pride in his work. His partner Josh is also an exemplary A/C technician.

Xavier is wonderful. He installed new ducts and vents for our HVAC system four years ago and did a great job. On more than one occasion since then, we had some unforeseen issues arise with our heating/AC unit. Each time we had problems, Xavier went out of his way to come and fix the problems ASAP so that we wouldn't be uncomfortable for very long. That kind of service is difficult to come by, and is definitely much appreciated. He is honest and reliable, and his work speaks for itself. I can't recommend XM Heating and Air enough.

They previously tried to repair my old A/C unit but it kept failing. Replaced it with a new unit. Price seemed good and the job only took part of a day.

In the process of replacing my furnace they found that the condenser unit, used in common with the furnace and A/C, had been sized for the house before a room addition added about 900 sf to the area. They added the installation of the new condenser unit at a reasonable additional price. They did the work in a reasonable time and kept us advised of what was going on. After the work was done Xavier gave us the documentation on the new furnace, told us what to watch for, what to expect, explained the warranty, etc.

Xavier came well recommended by a friend. He worked for quite a while for a local HVAC company I have used often, then started his own company. He came on time, explained the options, took the time to keep me updated on what he was doing and the possible outcomes. The system has been working well since.
