We have recommended Sierra Pacific Roofing to friends without hesitation just as they were recommended to us and we will continue to do so. They did a wonderful job on our roof. We have what is called a "tricked roof," which has a lot of peaks and more surfaces, points and ridges than most rooflines do (kind of like those Chinese buildings) and requires extra skill and attention. We chose a top quality steel shake product called Gerard Canyon Shake that was not cheap. Naturally we were nervous but after getting four estimates we chose the right company and the right product, and the result is that it looks great and more importantly it performs wonderfully. A few years have gone by now, and a few rainy seasons as well, so I can state unequivocally that the product and the installation both live up to the highest standards. Especially impressive is the fact that our formerly leaky skylights haven't leaked one single drop since Sierra Pacific did the job (and my mother-in-law told me ALL skylights leak -- haha, she had the wrong contractor). The supervisor (Guy) who evaluated, quoted and oversaw our job was intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, articulate and HONEST. We never felt uncomfortable or like we didn't know what we were in for. Being a big house and a big job it took about seven days from tear-off to final inspection and never once did Sierra Roofing fail to show up like some contractors do who take on more jobs than they have crews for and disappear for days or weeks at a time. They were always here on time and prepared, worked diligently, quietly and respectfully, checked with us and made sure we weren't being inconvenienced any more than absolutely necessary, and took care of all materials, permits, inspections and cleanup. Cannot say enough good things about Sierra Pacific Roofing -- they are a great outfit.

Guys' estimate for the job was competitive with others. His employees were professional, thorough, and finished the job in 1 day. They cleaned up very nicely.

We found this company by accident while researching roofing materials. We chose installer based on material he was using, installation procedure and his professional interaction with us. Would recommend to anyone considering installing a metal roof. Competitive price, professional service. Our new roof looks great! BTW, we have experienced several severe rainstorms since installation of our new roof and 1) it is not noisy and 2) does not leak.
