This was the second remodel in our home that Rancho Remodel has done for us. Their work is outstanding; on time and on budget. I can't think of a bad word to say. We are so happy with our new kitchen and can't thank Scott and his crew enough for their fine work.

Scott and his workers were always professional, neat, and very considerate of the fact that they were working in our home. They arrived at the appointed time and Scott kept us informed as to their progress. Scott also provided his expertise in recommending small touches to add to the general appearance of the bathroom and dressng room. Scott brought our project in at our desired budget and will be hired by us again this summer when we redo our second bathroom.My husband and I are looking forward to working again with all the people at Rancho Remodel who made this job a pleasure!!! We are very satified customers and would recommend this company to anyone.

The owner was very easy to talk to and he provided solutions that we would not come up on our own for costing, measures as well as aesthetic aspects. They were very well, cleaned up after themselves. The work itself was very good and if there was any problems with any, they came out and fixed it. At some point, we picked a wall color and after it was pulled up, we decided we didn't like it and they re-painted the entire wall.

I cannot recommend Rancho Remodel enough. Scott and his crew were extremely professional and did a great job on my bathroom. I can?t even believe it?s the same space; it has been so completely transformed. Before I decided who to hire for the job I met with quite a few companies, and I have not regretted my decision to hire Rancho Remodel for a moment. I bought my house as an ?as is? short sale and there was quite a bit of work required. The biggest problem by far was the bathroom. What it required was a complete demolition and remodel. There was extensive water damage in the walls and floor, which all had to be removed and repaired. They also completely changed the layout of the bathroom so that it now works much better in the space. Everything needed replacing, including the electrical. In addition to the major work on the bathroom, Scott and his crew also replaced the lighting, medicine cabinet and faucet in my half bath and replaced my broken kitchen faucet. In addition, he also brought in an excellent electrician that rewired the kitchen?s electrical and replaced the outside electrical panel. Not only did Rancho Remodel do everything they said they were going to do, but they really went above and beyond. There were all sorts of little touches they did that they really didn?t have to, like replacing the door knob and hinges and patching up after the electrical work, that they did without even being asked. My bathroom went from a scary monstrosity that everyone was afraid to even walk into, to a lovely space that invites bubble baths. I couldn?t be happier. In a few years, when I am ready to redo the kitchen, I will certainly be giving Rancho Remodel a call.

Just estimate

Before deciding on Rancho Remodel I did my homework on a number of contractors. Scott provided me with the best estimate for my project. I was only interested in refinishing my kitchen but later decided on an entire remodel due to the poor condition of the cabinets. This was the first of a number of times I changed my mind through various stages of the project. Scott was very patient and accomodating but most of all honest (an attribute you don't find with alot of contractors nowadays). The kitchen remodel turned out great. I have two bathrooms that are in need of remodeling in the near future. Scott at Rancho Remodel is the only one I will consider for the job!!

It went exceptionally well. The work was top quality. Scott Meeker is very responsive if you should have any questions and the guys that work for him are specialists in the jobs they perform. Beautiful drywall work and the painting, while it took longer than I expected was exceptionally beautiful work. My grandfather was a master painter and my Dad a close second and I know they would have approved. The flooring we selected for the master bath as well as the laminate downstairs came out beautifully and the baseboards they installed are just gorgeous! We will be hiring them to do the upstairs flooring for the bathroom, hallway and bedrooms in the next couple of years. A great company!

The time estimate for the job was four weeks and it only took three weeks to do it. Scott's workmen, Leo and Leon were expert at painting, wiring, plumbing, appliance installation and anything else that needed doing. We cannot say enough good things about how they went about their jobs. Scott came frequently to see how thing were going and was constantly in touch via email and cell phone. They cleaned up as they went along; never left a mess at the end of a work day. As extras, they fixed a cranky pocket door and moved the old refrigerator to the garage. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

Overall, the project process went very well. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. In comparison with two other quotes, Rancho Remodel was just slightly higher. Scott and his assistant were very thorough in prepping the areas as well as in the clean-up. The results of the refinished cabinets were as good or better than we expected. We just love the new, updated look of the bathrooms, for a reasonable price. We will use Rancho Remodel again and would definitely recommend Scott's work.

Rancho Remodel are very professional and Scott is great! They are very honest and make you feel comfortable about the job. So far they get an "A" on everything.

I experienced water damage in my kitchen that resulted from a pipe leak. The damage included the bottoms of all of my kitchen cabinets, as well as the wall where the pipe was located. The plumbing company pulled out the water-soaked wall and cut out the bottoms of the cabinets in order to do a proper dry-out. I contacted Rancho Remodel (Scott) to come by and quote the cost of repair. Scott replied right away, came to my townhouse, and gave me a free, no-obligation quote. I was so pleased with Scott's professionalism that I didn't even search for another contractor or quote. I immediately felt as though I could trust him. He explained to me exactly what he would do and emailed me all the details/prices later on that day. I dragged my feet for awhile, due to the holidays, being a single woman, and being a first-time homeowner. I was scared...plain and simple. Scott kept in contact with me, but never pushed. The week that Scott and crew were at my house coincided with a termite treatment of my complex. And when the gas company came to light all of the pilots, he refused to light my hot water heater, due to improper venting. Scott and crew told me that as long as they were at my house, they'd repair anything that needed repairing. They fixed my hot water vent and a part on my clothes dryer. Timing is everything, I guess. They worked quickly, always kept in contact with me, locked my house when they left, cleaned up after themselves, and did BEAUTIFUL work!! The repairing of the cabinets was absolutely beyond my expectations. My mouth actually dropped when I saw them. During the process, I decided to install granite countertops. Scott provided me with samples of what he could provide (at an excellent cost), and completed this project as well. Once again, I was in AWE!!! BEAUTIFUL!! Throughout the entire process, Scott NEVER pushed me to do more than I wanted. He allowed ME to lead and allowed ME to decide (down to the last detail) how I wanted things to be done. I could not have asked for a better, more satisfying, more professional experience. I absolutely know with 100% certainty that I would have Rancho Remodel do my future remodeling projects!! I highly recommend their services!!

We have put off the project for now because the bathroom fixtures that I specially ordered have not come in as yet. It is my fault or rather the store's fault and Rancho Remodel has been very accommodating. The parts are now expected on 1st July. The guy at Rancho Remodel was absolutely wonderful and told us that it would not be a problem to move it back. He wanted to make sure that we would have everything that we wanted. It's been just wonderful working with them. I went with them because I was most comfortable with their bid. Scot has been fabulous through this whole process. I can't say enough good things about him. They haven't started the work yet. If his workers are as professional as he is, I am really looking forward to a great experience. I am very, very pleased so far. Every time I talked to Scott, he told me that the day I got the stuff he was there. Every time he called for an appointment that he made earlier, he is 15 minutes early. Every time he has come in, he is 10 minutes early. He is truly very professional. We talked about everything and he assured us that there was no problem in getting it done and told us how he was going to do it. It's been a very good experience. He was straightforward and there were no hidden agendas. We discussed the cost and all that we had agreed on. He let us go through the contract in detail. When I told him right up front that I wanted to buy my own tile and my own fixtures, he gave me places to go and gave me suggestions. He came and measured the cabinets they were building three different times. When I told him about my concern over the delay, he said that we could go with whatever I wanted and he would move his projects around without any problems at all. He would have his tile guy who wanted to go on vacation for 4th July go on vacation and we could start the work after that. I didn't want to start the project till after my granddaughter's visit as we were scheduled to start the following week. He told me that he would take care of it and work around it. I am so comfortable with this guy that it is amazing. I don't know his work yet but I am expecting it to be the same and go very well. He is fully cognize on everything we have talked about. I asked him questions and he had all the answers to those. I have already signed the contract with him. Scott and I have an understanding that once we get what we are waiting for, we are ready to go. Every time there has been a delay he has gone out of way to tell me it was not a problem and not to worry or get nervous. He told me he wanted the job to be right and he didn't want me to be unhappy with something I really didn't want because that would reflect badly on him. I am keeping my fingers crossed that everything continues to go this well and so far it's been great. He even gave me $500.00 off for being on Angie's List. He has been just more than what you could ask for.

Scott and Leon did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. It was done on time and on budget. Leon was at our home every morning at 7:00AM and worked all day long. The professionalism of the team was second to none. Everyone we have showed our new kitchen to has been extremely impressed. I think it even impressed Scott and Leon. Every concern we had after completion was handled quickly without any question. We have already referred friends to Rancho Remodel for their own remodeling needs. We have asked Scott to quote on our upcoming bathroom remodel.

We had looked high and low for a kitchen remodeling contractor who we felt we could trust and were comfortable with. We wanted a local person who showed respect for our wishes, but was also willing to suggest other ideas to make the project better. Scott Meeker, the owner of Rancho Remodel, seemed like the right person, and we were not disappointed. I am a major nit picker, but Scott's team took care of even the smallest item. We selected a Shaker style in Beech wood, and Silestone countertops. Scott made changes in power, plumbing, and venting that came out great. His drawings were detailed and showed all the views of the kitchen. One challenge was my nit-picking about the noise of our Frigidaire wall chimney over the stove. I suggested ways to reduce the sound of the blower, and Rancho Remodel went above and beyond to try and placate my fussiness. The noise level didn't go down that much, but I was happy that they tried hard. The only fault we could find has do with the staining of the cabinets. Scott used a subcontractor to stain the materials that came from Corona Millworks. The finishing contractor did not provide a consistent stain color throughout, but Scott agreed and took back the drawer fronts to be refinished. We recommend to anyone that they pay close attention to stain color consistency. Compared to others we got quotes from, Scott's materials and quality of construction were great. There was no particle board -- all prefinished maple plywood interiors. Hinge and slide hardware were the best -- Scott doesn't believe in using junk. We are not "flipping" our house; we intend to live here for several more years and we very much appreciate the quality of construction and materials. Scott's team was quite neat and conscientious of protecting the rest of the house from dust. They swept and picked up at the end of each day.
