Description of Work: Mike was fantastic, punctual and a very strong communicator. He provided a great solution for my issue with rodents getting into an outdoor bbq. I have had no issues since...thanks Mike!

+ -1 moreVery pleased with this company. They truly care about their customers and are good at explaining everything they are going to do. My outdoor pest problem was taken care of right away and then the ants moved inside. I called them back and they took care of the inside problem right away. I've actually had to call them again because I found another area with ant problems and they came back out, no problem no additional fee. I highly reccomend them!!!! I will call them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Although we did not end up using their services I highly recommend them. The owner is very knowledgeable and offered us great advice on how to handle the pest issues we were having on our own in the short term and explained everything in detail. I will definitely be using them if needed in the future!

+ -1 moreMichael is very courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about termites and other pests. We have a and quot;shoe-freeand quot; household and Michael offered to put on booties over his shoes prior to entering our home even though I had no intention of asking him to remove his shoes! Very polite. He assessed our situation and recommended we get both subterranean treatment as well as tent fumigation. He walked us through the entire tenting process and demonstrated how to bag up our foods, etc. He was kind enough to arrange for the gas to shut off and subsequently turned on following the fumigation, something the home owner normally has to do. Michael sent several employees to perform the subterranean treatment and they did a very good job. The tent fumigation appeared to be performed by a third-party company but they likewise did a good job. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services provided by ProCraft!
Description of Work: ProCraft performed a subterranean termite treatment and a subsequent tent fumigation job on our home. In the Spring of this year, Michael came out to give a very thorough and informative inspection and estimate. Several months later and after careful consideration, we decided to go with ProCraft's services.

+ -1 moreThis is a company that really seems to care about their customers and that takes pride in work well done. Mike was our contact for the project. He spent a good deal of time with us explaining the whole job, and went into great detail laying out how we could and should prepare and what to expect. The information he provided us allowed us to well protect all of our belongings, our plants, and our animals. His insights into working with the gas company (a necessary part of the process) were particularly helpful. Armed with this information, we felt confident and comfortable through what otherwise could have been a very unpleasant process.
