Description of Work: I contacted three different painting firms for quotes to paint the outside of my house. Garret's prices were comparable to the other two, but he was much more thoughtful. He pointed out areas where the stucco needed to be repaired that the other two painters missed. The house looks great and I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Exterior painting of two-story house, including trim, facia and eaves. Also painted retaining walls and an iron gate. I'm always amazed when a project exceeds my expectations, probably because it almost never happens. This project did. Met with Garret to get an estimate for the job. Arrived on time as promised, spent a good amount of time explaining how the project would proceed and addressed my questions and concerns. I received a detailed written estimate via email. We were |given a start date, of course it was raining, but I received a call letting me know that the crew would come the next day. Pressure washing, lots of prep work (scraping and caulking, etc) then finally the paint. The crew was great--punctual, courteous, skilled and neat. I am so happy with the results!

Description of Work: We had the entire exterior of our home painted. Our home is 50 years old and it was beginning to show its age. The painters spent a lot of time with prep work that was extensive. All of the wood trim was very past due for a good scraping, sanding & painting and there were bits of stucco that were starting to break away. The painters were thorough and they were able to complete the job in 5 days. Garrett made the whole process stress free and easy for us. He was excellent at helping us with color selection and answered any question or concern that we may have had along the way. Garrett is extremely professional, prompt in his response time, and great with follow through. I would not hesitate to refer Parker's Painting to any one.

Description of Work: Pressure washed exterior with 3000 psi, scrape loose paint, paint eaves, facia, front siding, garage door, patio cover and specific doors and door jams. Repaired stucco damage, trench dirt around house, prime new stucco and paint all stucco. Basically, painted the entire exterior of the house both stucco and wood trim

+ -1 moreI recently moved into and an older house that had a terrible paint job previously. Some of the walls were painted with regular paint over old oil-based paint. Garrett was very easy to work with; he came over and gave me a quote for the work and helped me pick out the correct sheen of paint. The people that painted the house did a fantastic job and were very quick. They painted the ceiling and door jams one day and painted the walls the next day. To paint the ceiling they had to move a bunch of furniture and covered everything with plastic. They were very inventive in working around my cats who were confined to one of the bedrooms. The guys that pained the house worked very hard and for long hours to get everything done in two days. My only slight knock against Parker's Painting is that I was never told exactly what time they would show up and was a little confused about when they would leave either day (which of course is dependent on when they finished their work). I have very happy with the finished product and will consider using Parker's Painting in the future.

The crew did an excellent job--attentive to detail, courteous, responsive. Moved furniture and put it back afterward. Very satisfied overall.

The workers were punctual, courteous, neat, hard-working and very easy to communicate with. We changed the front door color at the last minute without any issue. Garret's high standard is refreshing and the paint job exceeded our expectations.

They showed up when they said they would, work hard and got the job done well, and were pleasant to interact with. They took pride in their work and did a careful job. It was clear they had been doing this for a while and had skills. I appreciated how they went above what I had bid on by painting a few patches that were on the walls of the house. They even vacuumed up after themselves, which I greatly appreciated.
Description of Work: Prepped and painted the fascia and eaves of my roof. Although not part of bid, painted parts of my walls that had been stuccoed but not painted. Matched the paint. Repaired/replaced dining room ceiling that had water damage and applied knock-down texture. Patched hole in ceiling, matching texture of remaining ceiling.
