What is there to say about Brenda that hasn't been said already?! I mean she knows her stuff, she makes you feel as if you are her only client (when you know your aren't), but that is Brenda, she is available every step of the way. My wife and I are first time home-buyers and we honestly didn't even know where to start. We began by reaching out to a few agents and Brenda was not only the first to respond, she was also the most thorough. We saw a home we liked and lo and behold with her assistance we were able to get our offer accepted and begin the escrow process, it was a beautiful home and Brenda has some personal touches up her sleeve when submitting offers, I'm not sure if other agents do the same things, but it seemed to be the difference. Our sellers were taking some time to find their replacement property and Brenda suggested we go out and look at some other options, lest we wait and lose our locked loan rate, we agreed. We went all over our prospective area and had some inclination to offering at a new place. That's when I got an alert an hour after being home and after having been out and about all morning looking at properties. I reached back out to Brenda (may I inform you this was a Sunday) that I was interested in this place that popped up, she says "when do you want to see it" I said "ASAP" she says "OK let's go". We did, and boy are we glad we did, because we offered on a super hot property, again with Brenda's incredible abilities we were able to get accepted, we canceled the previous contract as allowed by our contingency period and closed escrow Yesterday 4/11/17! Thank you Brenda, for your diligent efforts, your availability, whenever we had a question, you were quick to answer. You respected my need to work primarily via email and text, but you were sure to reach out before calling when it was too important or detailed to write out. You are awesome and we are glad we found you and cannot wait to refer you to anyone looking for a place of their own! We are beyond excited to move in and owe a great deal to you for making it happen. You need a realtor, look no further than Brenda Geraci.

I was looking for an agent to help me sell my house in California. My agent in Las Vegas, NV who had just helped me purchase my home referred me to Brenda. Since I live in another state, Brenda and I never actually met face to face. All communication and documents were handled via telephone, email, text message and Doc U Sign. It was a smooth transaction, and a buyer was found in a very timely manner. I found Brenda to be very competent and experienced, and she was very good with negotiation and dealing with the buyers and buyer’s agent. I only wish that communication was a bit more forthcoming in terms of the current status of the transaction as we progressed from start to close of escrow, but everything was being handled as needed. If you're a prospective buyer or seller in California, I think it would be a good decision to choose Brenda to represent you as your agent.
