Wonderful! JR Door resolved my issue by simply giving me the phone number for milgard service. Additionally she told me exactly what to do once I reached milgard service.

Met with Jeff (the owner) for quote. At initial meeting I was very impressed with the professionalism he displayed. I interviewed at least 8 window companies for this job. Jeff asked questions that none of the other companies inquired about. He made recommendations that were not costly. The installation went great. His workers did a great job overall. Jeff came out to oversee the work and to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company to others, in fact I have two family members who need new windows and they are planning to use J R Windows from our experience.

All work was completed on time and work and materials were of excellent quality.

THERE WAS 2 CREWS. ONE SET FOR THE WINDOWS AND ONE SET FOR THE DOORS. THEY WERE ALL GREAT. I COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE WITH THE ENERGY EFFICENT WINDOWS AND DOORS RIGHT AWAY. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK.

They were accurate. The pricing was better than anybody else. When they said they would be here, they were here. My windows fit perfectly and they explained how to use them and all the important stuff. I had no problems with them.

They were extremely personable. After meeting with them for an estimate I need to order the doors as I requested to do. They asked if they could meet me at the ordering location to assist. They were present and did all the ordering for me, which I am so thankful they did, it was very complicated. They did an outstanding job. They removed all interior doors, frames and hardware, replaced all frames and hardware and doors. Upon completing that they painted all frames, doors and finished them off just beautiful. They look awesome. They were a little slow, but contribute that to the quality professional job they did. They made sure everything was perfect before they left. They cleaned up any mess that they may have caused. They left the premises looking great. The estimate and final cost were very, very reasonable. I would, without a second thought hire them again to work at my house. They were great.

Back patio door window shattered when hit by a flying rock from the lawnmower. I used JR Door & Window, Inc for replacement. The installer Steve was extremely helpful and provided estimation services on what was supposedly one of his vacation days. Steve also did excellent service when installing the replacement vinyl window and even oiled/cleaned other parts of the double patio door that were not replaced. My only difficulty was with the front desk person who is in charge of scheduling and apparently ordering. I had to make several follow-up calls to have the replacement actually ordered and then scheduled for install.

Amazing experience; responded in a timely manner to request for estimate; easily understood several special requests; the estimate was the most competitively priced among those I researched; the installation was done on time as scheduled; the crew was friendly and very professional; they cleaned up after themselves; the product (Milgard) is very high quality and looks great. They really want you to be happy with the job (and I am). Would highly recommend these folks, especially if you are tired of being disappointed by contractors.

We had trouble with JR Door & Windows setting a date for them to come do the job. But, when they were here they were efficient and cleaned up after their work. They got the job done quickly. They were very professional. They did a fine job.

Very professional and seemingly knows his craft well. His bid, however, came it roughly 80% higher than others, and we couldn't reconcile why. Have to assume it was a small job and not very desirable work for him.

They were on time, and completed the work in an efficient manner. They made sure I was happy with the work. They were a pleasure to work with. The prices were excellent. They are very honest, they did exactly what the owner said they were going to do.

THE DOORS CRACKED AFTER ONE YEAR. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO SEVERAL CALLS TO HAVE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT DONE. THE MANUFACTURER CLAIMS THE DOORS WERE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.

UNPROFESSIONAL WORK. THEY HAD THE WRONG SIZE WINDOW TWICE AND INCORRECTLY INSTALLED 4 WINDOWS. SEVERAL WINDOWS LEAK. IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO COMPLETE JOB ESTIMATED AT 3 DAYS.

J.R. WINDOW AND DOOR HAD THE LOWEST QUOTE OF ALL THE QUOTES I OBTAINED. THEY ALSO HAD A BREAKAGE GUARANTEE THAT NO ONE ELSE OFFERED. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD & ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE TO ME AND THEY ALSO DID A GREAT JOB. BUT AT THIS TIME I'M NOT SURE IF I WOULD HIRE THEM TO COME BACK.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY ARE LOCAL AND THEIR WARRANTY WAS FAR ABOVE ANY OTHER ESTIMATES THAT WE GOT. SO FAR, THE WORK LOOKS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FOR THE MOST PART, CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AS MUCH AS THEY COULD.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. WE INITIALLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE KITCHEN WINDOW AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
