John was the best he communicated beautifully. He originally gave us a 21 day completion date. He finished the job in 16 days. We were very pleased with quality of the work and his professionalism. We were even more happy that we did not incur any surprise added costs. The quote we received was accurate and there were no surprises. Highly recommend using John.

John was here when he said he would be and let me know if he was running late. Project took longer than expected, but we would rather have it right than on-time given a choice. I would highly recommend hiring him our kitchen is beautiful and I love the changes we were able to make.

John sometimes gets in a little bit over his head (time-wise) but his workmanship is so great that I can overlook a little delay here and there. He did a wonderful job on refacing my kitchen cabinetry and replacing the counter-tops. So good, in fact that I'm hiring him again to paint the kitchen walls and ceiling. He's a perfectionist as am I!

John is a stand up guy. We had a few glitches as any remodel will but John made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. I am an engineer who is a perfectionist and very hard to please. John met my standards. His workmanship is top notch, we were comfortable having him there when we were not and he got everything completed in a reasonable amount of time. Our kitchen and baths look amazing. We will be hiring John for all our subsequent remodeling needs. Remodels are a nightmare, but with John it wont be. He is the full package: Service, workmanship and professionalism.

1st time homeadvisor user. Was skeptical after i came across 2 unlicensed people that were connected to me. I Hired John after going through 5+ installers. Some were unlicensed, some were trying to charge a arm and leg and then john came around and was willing to work within my budget. Showed up on time, very clean and organized. Can clearly tell he does this for a living as he makes it seem effortless. I had RTA cabinets installed. he worked with me on measurements and making sure we had everything. Would recommend this contractor to anybody looking for kitchen or bath work.

After getting three estimates on my kitchen cabinets and countertops, I decided to go with John David Salinas and 21st Century Kitchen and Bath because of their excellent reviews and John's professionalism during the estimate. I was not at all disappointed as they did an excellent job. I kept my same cabinets and had them re-stained; I wasn't sure how that was going to come out, but they look brand new. We are extremely pleased.

We did a complete kitchen Remodel, 33 cabinets and crown molding. Interviewed 3 cabinet installers, knowing nothing about cabinets. John was very competitve in pricing with other 3. One installer had a great presentation but after doing a search on the internet we found bad reviews. We picked John Salinas based on his pricing and reviews which were excellent and the end result was fantastic. John always showed up on time and finished the job a day earlier than scheduled. Very professional and did and EXCELLENT job repairing our fallen cabinets.
