Very good. Took an hour was on time. New unit was explained all questions answered.

A+. Super quick response to our inquiry via Angie's List. Can out w/in hours. Did a superb job fixing problem and doing a thorough job w/other maintenance work.

I called them at 11:30 and was told Chris would be there between 12 and 2. He showed up by 1:00 and got right to work. He replaced the hinges, tightened all the screws and replaced the missing ones, adjusted the door and lubed all the moving parts. He was done quickly and left no mess. This was my first time using them and I will use them again if needed.

The installation was great, clean and well done. All of the old parts/wires/etc were removed and the new lines were cleanly run. I can't believe how quiet the new unit is in comparison to the old one. Programming it was a breeze, both to my car and to my iPhone.

All work performed as advertised. It was all routine. No changes or surprises. Probably done in 20 minutes.

Provider was on time. My old garage door opener stopped working last week. I had asked for a quote for a new opener plus installation. There was one extra charge beyond the initial estimate that we discussed and was clearly justified by the need to add additional bracing to the door. We discussed some other work that might be doe\ne in he future (such as a new door), but there was no pressure for any extra purchases or services. Teh etire job took abotu an hour and half. My door is working now more smoothly and quieter than ever.

JMK showed up on time and noticed a few minor repairs that had to be made. He made those extra repairs at a reasonable cost.

The door is now quieter than when I first got it. All this for $85 and he was gone within 30 minutes. I am really impressed and would highly recommend them. The tech was on time, polite and well dressed and well mannered as well.

My single car garage door opener, which was a Wayne Dalton iDrive Torque Master, wasn't working properly and needed to be replaced. I called JMK and they told me they could be out the next day to install a new Lift Master opener. They showed up on time and started right to work. They had to cut most of the old one down and put then new one in quickly. They took all of the old opener with them and cleaned up after themselves. It was done fast and looks great.

The service was great. John was punctual in arriving and was very thorough in repairing the issues with my garage door.

Purchased $79 offer for my daughter who recently bought her first house. The garage door had gotten off the track and was unable to use the garage door opener. Garage door is extremely heavy and we were unable to get it back on ourselves. JMK contaced me right away to schedule the appointment. Louis showed up a few minutes early and got right to work on getting the door back of the tracks. This was a $60 charge that I agreed to over the phone prior to the appointment. During the tune-up Louis pointed out the 2 springs were starting to show wear and tare and the stress this heavy door might be putting on it and just to keep an eye on them. This was not presented as a sales pitch at all, just FYI. I was the one who initiated more questions of the benefit of replacing them now vs later. I decided to replace these for my daughter to help her out. The charge was $185 to replace the two springs. Louis completed the tune-up and replaced all the rollers. I was more than happy with the service and quality of work JMK and Louis provided and would use them again.

It went great. Luis showed up and was done in under an hour. He replaced the wheels, adjusted the spring and sensors. Overall a great experience. I will be using them in the future. Fantastic job.

Second time I'm used this company for garage door related work. Old opener died, I purchased a new replacement unit and was doing a self install when I determined I couldn't use the old hangers as they didn't account for the additional length of the new opener. I soon found out my sciatica has a strong dislike for working overhead to reposition the hangers. Time to call in the pros, JMK Garage Doors of Upland, CA. John met my requested price, work date and time while on the phone with him. He arrived a few mins early and he along with a helper quickly went to work. Forty-Five mins later the project was completed to my satisfaction. Yes, I will definitely refer him to others for any and all garage door related work. (A couple other door companies I called were not interested in a "finish the job" type work. I can see their point, and I know John would have preferred that in this case, so I'm very great full he took on this job.)

Luis, the installer, showed up on the clock! He took out both doors. Put the extra pieces around the sides and top of the doors' opening. Installed the doors and the new opener. He cleaned everything hauling the old doors away. He was very polite and efficient. We are very pleased with our new doors and the almost noiseless opener. Thank you JMK!
