I went through Home Depot and had some new windows installed. I don't know the installers that they contracted with that came out, but it's been over a year and I'm still waiting for them to fix my windows. Right now I have no flat trim on the inside and it's just been a horrible, horrible nightmare, but that's all I want to say about that. I'm still paying it off; it was probably about $4,000. They look nice nice from the outside. It definitely brought some curbside appeal to my house, but other than that the inside of them are falling apart and I'm still making monthly payments. Two weeks ago they came out and they started cleaning up the old mess to re-do them and they kind of disappeared and never came back. So here I am looking at my windows and I don't have the flat trim going around my windows, I can see the foam stuff inside of it and my windows are bowing in the middle because they don't have no support, and they're not matching, it's just a lot. I think they should've took more pride in the quality of work that they've done. I don't think it should take over a year to get something fixed right and sending people out telling me that I'm crazy and that I don't see what I'm seeing, until somebody else came out and said I can't believe they left your windows like this. They sent the same contractor out twice. I guess you get what you pay for. It's just a shame that these people don't take any pride in their work and Home Depot lets them get away with it. I would absolutely not use Home Depot again in the future for windows. As a matter of fact, I wanna tell them to come take them off and give me a refund and I'm gonna go somewhere else.

I am a Vietnam Veteran and when you show a proper ID at Home Depot, they will give you a 10% discount. They are really good people about that. I saved about $230 on my patio furniture. I go into this Home Depot all the time so I know where to go. I usually don’t have to ask them where something is because I know where it is. That Home Depot has been there about four or five years and I go there for my air filters, lawn fertilizer, and individual items as well. The setup of the store is really made easy for people that may not be familiar with the store. Once you go into the store, they have all their patio furniture right there, just as you walk in from the garden center. I feel it is set up very conveniently for contractors and other people. The contractors are all down on the other end of the store. It’s a great setup. They are always very courteous and they always greet me when I walk in. Their employees keep a happy face, even when they’ve been there for a few hours. This is the main store I patronize.
