Plumber said we do not need to replace faucet and no leak inside the wall. Shut water off and put everything back, supposedly, the same way before they started. Plumber said he can fix the problem for 250.00 and they left. My mother-in-law went in the bathroom maybe an hour after the plumber left and they was water all over the floor. I do not know what they did but the leak is worst than before. My wife was very upset and called me right away and told me not to hire this guys. Now the faucet is also leaking aside from the handles and the shut-off valve which is leaking more now. My wife has to put a bucket underneath.

Called provider the day before to schedule the repair and I mentioned that I found him on Angie's List. He was very courteous over the phone and punctual the next day. He gave me what I considered a fair quote for a licensed professional. I also got a 10% discount for the coupon that I printed out from Angie's List which brought the price down to a very reasonable $157.50. They were in and out in less than an hour and I am very satisfies with the whole experience. They will be on the top of my list when I need any other plumbing work done.

They also installed a cleanout where there never was one but should have been. They had to tear out concrete at both ends to get to the sewer line. They patched the cement beautifully and cleaned up everything as if they hadn't even been there. The toilets flush beautifully! Holder plumbing is now our go to plumber for drain cleanings, repairs and sewer/water lines.

I used to work with contractors in Ohio and my experience was that they would usually take the money and run. I decided to try out one of the contractors from Angie's List, but I thought that I would never pay a contractor again before the job was done. I found this provider, Jeff, the owner, on the list and saw that he had great reviews and got the vibe that he would do a good job. I was not sure if he would do the service before I would pay, which is not normally how contractor will work. This provider said that that was fine. I told him what was going on with our water heater and that we really needed to get the job done. He gave me a quote over the phone, which showed that he was knowledgeable and confirmed that he knew what he was doing. We set a time and date for him to come out. He arrived with one other person, Steve, and they were both very professional, personable, and really just pretty cool guys. When he showed up he walked me through the process of what he was going to do. He said that it would only take 4 hours to installed the new water heater, and I thought it would take a couple of days. It ended up only taking 2 hours which was wonderful! They installed everything efficiently and effectively. They tested everything to make sure that it was all working properly. They hauled away everything left over from the service, such as the old water heater, and cleaned up after the job. I paid with cash, just as we had agreed upon and he emailed me an invoice. Everything is working fine. I would recommend Holder Plumbing for an type of water heater installation and I look forward to utilizing their services in the future!

I had requested a morning appointment for Monday-Wednesday. Jeff emailed me a reply that he would call me Monday morning. He did and stated he could be here within an hour. He was, turned off the main line water, removed the spigot, welded the new one in place, turned the water back on, and checked the pressure . . . done! Yea!

Mike was on time, polite, and personable. He performed the work quickly. He used high quality replacement parts and the work was very neatly done. He even cleaned up the dirt his and his assistant's shoes had tracked on a walkway.

In May 2013 after researching plumbers on Angie's List, I called Jeff Holder to replace a kitchen faucet, which I bought beforehand The cost ($238) was about $100 more than quoted over the phone, but as he explained and showed, the existing connections/valve stops did not fit the new generation of Kitchen faucets, and had to be replaced. He also removed an old RO system and installed new connection/shut off for the icemaker. And aplied a 10% angie's list discount. Both he and his partner were very professional and efficient. Later Jeff patiently answered my plumbing questions about repiping, slab leaks etc. About a month later I found a leak that looked to be in the pipe feeding the outside faucet, but turned out to be a slab leak under the floor inside the front room. Called Holder Plumbing, Jeff and his partner diagnosed it, and he explained my options. In the repair process they removed a about a one foot by one foot square of drywall, then carefully broke out two of the floor tiles and hammered into the slab to replace a section of copper pipe with pin hole leak. The work was done carefully and I was gratified at how minimal the damage was, esp that only 2 floor tiles would have to be replaced. They did a nice job of patching the concrete slab. I'm very pleased with Holder Plumbing's work and would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues. Jeff and his partner are helpful, knowledgeable, and good humored, true professionals.

It was great. I recieved a call letting me know he would be late (Even though they were only 5 minutes late). My dishwasher vent problem was fixed as well as troubleshot for additional problems. They also adressed a problem I was having with my downstairs toilet and water regulator.

Jeff Holder arrived during the appointed time with a call to let me know when he was 10 minutes away. He inspected my elderly water heater. He clearly explained my options to wait, put in a replacement or switch over to tankless. He advised me to wait because my water heater is still in good shape. He could have convinced me to replace what I have but was honest and considerate. I also asked him about a loss in pressure in my bathroom sinks. He showed me how to remove the aireators and replace them. When I asked him what the charge was he said nothing and refused my offer to pay a house call fee. He just aske me to call him when I need to replace the heater. As a widow on a tight budget I am impressed by his professionalism and honesty. I would recommend him to my friends and list members.

They were great. Worked around my schedule and arrived on time. The installation went really quick. This is the second time I have used Holder Plumbing and will use again for my plumbing needs.

Located main exiting house and installed a clean out so that line could be snaked and cleared. Cut concrete as necessary to install new clean out. Snaked sewer line to clear clogs and tree roots.

It went very well. Mr.Holder was very professional. Even though it took them awhile to find the leak,they didn't give up . Very happy with the service.

I called on a Tuesday and they came out the next morning to give an estimate. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They gave an estimate and then came out the very next morning on Thursday to replace our water heater. They brought a new one, hauled out the old one, and also replaced some parts. They were very professional and completed the replacement in about an hour and a half.

The experience was very good from initial telephone contact through service call and repair. Very friendly and professional with care taken to keep home clean while making repairs. A little pricey, but very honest and dependable, so I would use this company again.

I was very impressed with Holder. They answered the phone immediately, arranged a convenient, same-day appointment with me, quickly identified the problem, were on time for the appointment and fixed the problem effectively in under an hour. The price was reasonable, too, considering the work. I would certainly call them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

My house was built in 1952, so the piping isn't that great. We have an ongoing battle with keeping the drains draining and eventually we're going to have to get the whole house "replumbed." In the meantime, until I can affording replumbing, I called on Jeff Holder. Jeff comes out the same day, gets the drains working, and charges very reasonable fees. I would recommend Jeff to anyone.

I called Jeff to repair a solder on a leaky pipe i had previously done outside my house. He arrive within an hour after the call and finished the repair within 30 minutes. I had him return a few weeks later to change my tub/shower fixtures. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use him again.

I plan on using them again! They were straightforward with how they handled everything and gave me suggestions on what to do next so we could get a head of the issue for next time. They also offered to credit this visit towards bigger repiping work if I wanted to do that.
