I don't remember anything that stood out particularly. He was fine. The faucet's still working. Responsiveness was fine.

I called the service provider at 9:00 am, told him what I needed and he gave me a general quote over the phone, and the time of day he could do the job. He called when he was on the way. It took him about an hour for the job and cleanup, the bill was as he stated and I was happy with the job.

First call to provider was 5/13 2nd was 8/13. This was a 2nd call back to Holder to re clear a drain they had previous cleared less than 6 months before. The first time plumber didnt recover what was obstructing the drain pipe. On 2nd return call he was perplexed as to why he didn't show us what the obstruction was the 1st time around. He cleared drain and said that he would give us a professional use drain chemical to maintain our drain, but he would have to leave, go get the product from his home and then return to give it to us. He was at our home for less than an hour and charged us his flat "just to show up" rate @ 150. We asked for an angies list break, which he said that he would give us a discount but then he wouldn't be returning with the drain chemical for drain as promised. So instead of that being a part of the service, it was something extra. Which we didn't receive the 1st time they provided services, nor was it offered. Although the work was clean and done quickly, we will not seek services from provider in future. All in all that left us with a bad impression and would no longer be seeking Holder plumbing services.

He really did a great job. He's a really honest guy. If he thinks you can do it yourself, he'll tell it so you can save money.

Arrived on time, quickly got to work. I am very satisfied. I'm going to remodel another restroom and plan on using him. Appeared to be honest and ethical.

I have an upstairs shower and it was leaking through the ceiling downstairs. I called them out last week and they spent at least a half an hour and very thoroughly investigated the problem. Without charging us he came up with a solution that would be pretty easy to do if we wanted to save some money and do it ourselves. I tried a lazy method and the ceiling still leaked, so I called them out again expecting to have to pay thousands for a shower pan replacement. Jim patiently walked me through the original method he suggested and pointed out that while there might be a slight chance that the shower pan still needs to be replaced, I could save myself a lot of headaches and money if I tried his suggestion first. Again, no charge. I really think Jeff is one of those guys who actually has integrity. I am going to take his suggestion and if it doesn't work , I will definitely call Holder Plumbing because I know Jeff will do the right thing.

Everything was fine. The toilet was leaking and he fixed it. He was good.

Mr. Holder came soon after I called. He was punctual and he gave me an estimate over the phone. He did the job in 5 minutes. Later I asked about other issues, apparently I had air in the water plumb that cause noises every time I open and clones the irrigation system. He gave me his opinion and options on how to deal with the issue. He was honest with his answers. I will definitely call him again. He is reliable and honest.

They just did what they had to do. They charged me $95, which I don’t know whether that is high or low or medium. They were here for about 10 minutes and that was it. They were nice.

Excellent. Took extra effort to protect walls and to secure the line properly. Other contractors wanted to break holes in the wall for their convenience. Mr Holder found a way not to do that, even though it took extra effort on his part.

I contacted Jeff at Holder Plumbing to come out to see what he could do about the water pipes in our house making a banging noise in the walls when the faucets were turned on and off, and also to take a look at what appeared to be a water stain on the ceiling in our kitchen to see if we had a leak coming from the bathroom upstairs. Jeff came out the same day I called at the time he promised. He first inspected with a tiny tubular video camera through a small 1'' hole in the drywall, the area above our kitchen ceiling and determined that there was in fact no signs of a water leak. He then, after hearing the pipes banging in the walls quickly identified that the noise was caused by a faulty pressure regulator attached at the main water valve at the front of our house. Even though I was a little skeptical that such a relatively small device could cause the annoying pipe noise throughout the house, he was confident that the regulator was indeed the problem. After he was done with his work installing a higher quality regulator, a better gate valve and hose bib, all attached to new copper piping, it was quickly evident that he was correct in his diagnosis because the pipes in the walls stopped their haunting noises immediately, which had been going on for over a year! Jeff was very personable, professional and efficient in his response to my initial call, and in his approach and execution of his work. I have no reservations in recommending his services to others.

Unstopped two sinks. Service was very good. One sink has since become stopped up again. I need to call them back.

They were wonderful. The service was great and I no longer have problems under my sink. They were also very knowledgable. I highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Had water pressure problem, pressure would drop by 30% when two or more facuets were used. He replaced the valve out front and boom steady pressure throughout the house, I do wish he would've told me this was it and it was so easily repaired, I would've done it myself. But hey, this is his job, I know I don't want my clients fixing their own servers!

Called to request estimate. Quick to get a response and they came out the same day. Work was part of a kitchen remodel to be done beginning in a few weeks. Once the remodel was a 'go' I called to schedule them to come out, but they never returned my call.

Jeff arrived at my house a few minutes early and it took him no time to replace the faucet. Not only was he timely, but he was very professional. I would not hesitate to use him in the future, or refer him to someone else. As a matter of fact, I did give him one referral already, and they were also pleased.

Jeff was friendly and professional. He completed the job in around a half hour including paperwork. He even brought Steve Scaletta another plumber that has done a lot of work here in the past to help. Both are good plumbers and good guys. I would call on Jeff again for my plumbing needs.
