Jeff was great! He was friendly, knowledgable, professional and quick. Even though he didn't have the part he needed and had to go get it, he still had the job done in an hour. He explained what was going on so that we understood. After he was done, I never would have known he was there by looking at the tub. He cleaned up thoroughly. Thanks, Jeff!

He performed a leak detection and was able to find the location of the issue and execute fixing the issue for me. He went over all the details that were included in the project and was able to give me a fair price. He was also able to perform the service for me over this holiday weekend. Mr. Holder himself gave me a quote over the phone (since we knew exactly what we needed) in less then 12 hours of my reaching out thru Angie's List. He showed up the same day as the quote before the time he said he would arrive. Mr. Holder was beyond prepared, ready to work, and very professional. They were very prompt and friendly. They didn't try to jack up the price by trying to sell us other services that were not needed. They went out of their way to do the service that we contracted fro without charging extra. We did have to pay an additional price for the drain to be unplugged, but that was because we had no outside drain access. The extra aount was only $30, well worth the cost.

He is awesome, on time and does quality work. If you live in the inland empire call them. No nonsense professional. We will use him again for sure.

It was good. They resolved it for a while but it was temporary. We had someone out today for a similar issue. It was a little on the pricey side. Responsiveness was good. I probably wouldn't use them in the future because they didn't fix the problem long term.

I called Jeff while I was at work and he went to my house, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the pipe on the spot! He then emailed me the invoice which I could pay online. I thought I needed a plumbing repair, and called the company to have an estimate on re-plumbing a kitchen drain pipe, and replacing necessary timbers (though to be damaged). As I recall, the owner of the firm came to my home promptly (the same day), and was on time. He evaluated the plumbing issue that I had, and advised that repairs would not be necessary. I was convinced, based upon feedback of others, that I would need repairs, and was expecting this plumber to agree and give me an estimate. I was already prepared to spend money on this. The man that came to my home explained that I did not need the repairs that I thought I needed, and did not charge for the house call (which I also expected). I really appreciate the integrity of this company and would definitely consider them for any future plumbing work.

It was outstanding. They were very, very good. I was very pleased and 100% satisfied. I had them to do some work and I paid for that as well. There was a malfunction of the unit that was put inside the toilet. I called them and they said they'll be here tomorrow. They came and did replace the faucet they put in there. It has been working physically fine ever since. They say it doesn't happen often but something was not well put together as it should be. I highly recommend them. He was a very personable, young man. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would absolutely use them in the future. I thought the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them highly. He was very personable and very efficient. I have used Jeff before to repair a toilet. He is prompt, courteous, honest, and very thoughtful---I will definitely call him for any plumbing needs I may have in the future. You can trust this guy.

I really liked this gentleman. He was knowledgeable and firing ideas faster than I could process. I really liked the way he handled the project. He was courteous and I was just really impressed with him.

Jeff was very professional and cordial. Even with minor welding he completed the original task (hose faucet replacement) quickly and efficiently. He even explained a few oddities with the old faucet that I was grateful to hear about. I showed him an additional task that I had been having problems with (defective washing machine faucet), and asked if he had time to effect repairs. He was happy to accommodate me for a nominal charge. I'm satisfied with the work on both jobs, and I'm sure I'll be calling him back in the near future for another project.

The repair went quickly. They ran a camera through the pipes and accurately located the problem. Then they cut through the concrete and dug down to the pipe. They replaced the old joint, which had collapsed and they added a new clean out access to the surface of the driveway. They ran a rooter through the pipes to clear all of the roots. A man came the next morning to repair the concrete in the driveway, and the finished repair looks great.

I started looking for a plumber at 7am when I noticed the water hose valve had sprung a leak and was shooting out a fine mist. Not wanting to waste any time I started calling several plumbers on Angie's list. I called 5 different plumbers and Jeff was 1 of the 2 that called me back! I explained my problem over the phone and got quoted me a fair price. He was at my house 30min later working on the problem. I had to go to work but Jeff diligently explained all he was doing to my roommate who was home and then called me to explain the same. I appreciate his promptness in responding, his communication, and his work! He was done within an hour and suggested a few other things I may want to look into fixing to prevent this problem again. My price went up a little from my original quote, but that was because I asked him to check for other things too. Overall, it was a great experience. Jeff Holder is a professional I will definitely be using again!

Our Kitchen Sink was leaking underneath the Sink. Jeff and his associate inspected the sink and found that it was the Garbage Disposal Unit. They responded to my call the day I called and had the Garbage Disposal replaced within an hour probably around 30 minutes at most. The sink is working perfectly now and there aren't any leaks.

It went real good. He pays attention to detail. He put in the proper valve under the sink, hook up garbage disposal and put in sink. Very reliable and comes on time. He is very neat and doesn't make a mess. I would use him again.

This is the third time I call him. He has performed two of the jobs. The third one, he was honest with the type of repair it was needed and I decided not to do it. He did not charge for the visit that time. I like him, because he is professional and reliable, top qualities needed for this service. It could be little pricey sometimes, but he will answer your call, come to diagnose and repair the same day, if he can. That is what you pay.

Provided great service. Gave us information on our internal plumbing and its effect on our over all drainage. Gave us some tips on how to insure not to get plugged again. After fixing the problem he cleaned all of the mess the backup had created. He was customer center. Highly recommend him to others needing plumbing resolution.

This company is TRIPLE A grade in all areas. It started when we could smell gas and contacted the gas company to check our lines in the older home we had just purchased. They discovered a gas leak around the meter and turned off our gas line. Pipes were so old that they were leaking at ground level both at the out line and where the pipe enter the house. Found Holder Plumbing on Angie's List and called Jeff Holder. He answered the phone himself and was concerned about the problem and extremely helpful. He sent Steve who arrived within a half hour!!! Probably the most professional plumber we have ever had. Steve gave an estimate and in a few hours the problem area was identified and fixed including wrapping the pipes which had not been done in the past. Meter was in a tight area and not an easy area to work. It was a completely quality job. I then called gas company to have the gas turned back on and they found the vent in the garage water heater was almost completely blocked and not working properly. Again the gas company turned off gas to water heater. Next morning I called Jeff and again Steve was here within a half an hour. He found the exhaust pipe had been pushed into the cap and blocked the vent, probably at heater installation. Fixed it within a couple of hours and now the water heater works perfectly. Cleaned up everything. In addition, when he was done I asked if he would walk around all of our home looking at plumbing connections and checking quality and wear. Steve made several suggestions of things to watch for in the future and really helped our peace of mind. These people are outstanding in all areas--prompt, efficient, and skilled.
