Great. Crew and him are fabulous

They came within an hour of my call. Quoted the price over the phone. $95 for the first drain cleaned and $45 for every drain after that. They had shoe covers for their boots which I really appreciated. They were quick and professional. I would use them again.

This is the second time Jeff has worked at our home. He did the job quickly and with friendly service.

I left a message for Mr. Holder and he called me back even though he was on vacation! He was polite and kept the work space clean. Although my job was relatively simple...toilet install...I would call him again for any plumbing problem.

I discovered the line was backed up around 5 pm and called immediately. He was at our house around 6 pm and took care of the clogged line quickly and efficiently.

I called and was pleased to speak with one of the guys who actually does the work. He asked relevant questions about what I needed done, gave me a price range, and briefly explained what factors affect the price. I LOVE it when companies can give me a ballpark number over the phone. It's SOO convenient and so much easier for me. Obviously, this only works when I'm able to talk to someone who does the work and knows what they're talking about. He was able to come out the next day, and Steve & Jeff came. They are real experts! They answered my questions, patiently explained things to me, and did good work. I was impressed with their knowledge. They worked efficiently. I think Steve got a call while here, and he took it outside...it's a small thing, but I think it's nice because lots of people talk louder while on the phone (I work from home so loud/long conversations are distracting for me). It's also nice that he keeps info about his other customers private...I would appreciate that when I'm the one on the phone. They were very professional and asked before using the restroom (again, just another small courtesy but I noticed and appreciated the consideration). They really seem to really know and care about what they do. Steve noticed 2 strange things about my water heater plumbing and my sink plumbing. I LOVE that! I learned something by talking with him and having him explain what he saw that was wrong. He wasn't trying to get me have him do the work (he even told me why it was okay NOT to get the work done now), he was just sharing his expertise with me. I'm not very handy, so I like to learn what little I can and become a smarter customer. I appreciated how observant he was and willing to discuss things with me. Great family business. My only request would be a plumber who can do the drywall repairs for me afterwards, but I don't think that's very common. None of the 5 plumbers I got quotes from do that (one company could bring a drywaller with them, but it was an extra $400). I'd be willing to pay extra for that handyman-type work, but not $400 hahaa. They use up-to-date wireless devices that allowed me to get my invoice less than an hour after they left...this is the first home service company I've seen with that kind of technology and efficiency. All around very impressive company!

I liked them. They did a pretty good job. They explained everything and took time to do the job right. They were able to fix the problem.

They were fair, on time and the experience was good!

I called Holder plumbing and asked for service that day since the faucet was leaking worse. Steve came over and discussed the options. I decided to replace the faucet since it had been repaired before (by someone else). I had to go to the store to pick up a faucet so Steve left and came back once I returned. Very accommodating since he had to leave and return. He replaced the faucet quickly and I am very happy.

I have used him twice. He replaced a valve in front of my house. He also did an in house plumbing issue. He arrived at the time he said. He was neat. He didn't even make a mess. He was friendly. His prices are good.

He arrive promptly. Spent evaluating the problem, which was a new one for him. He consulted someone at the appropriate company and solved the problem.

!econd time we've used them. This time they installed a hot water recirculating pump to replace one that had died. Again they came out same day and the gentleman was unsure how to proceed. Rather than muck it up like most workewrs would do he borrowed the instruction book and made an appointment for the next day. He returned promptly with the boss and they performed the work flawlessly. I've got a plumber for life!

I called Jeff after my diamond ring had gone down the garbage disposal. I had pulled the mangled ring out, but the diamond was not there. He told me on the phone it was possible, but highly unlikely that the diamond was inside the disposal. I decided to go ahead and replace the old disposal in hopes of finding the diamond. He arrived on time with Steve who went to work on the disposal, while Jeff fixed faucets upstairs. I had very little hope they would find the diamond, but after just a few minuets Steve appeared upstairs with the dIamond carefully wrapped in a tissue. Happy-Happy-Joy-Joy! What a pleasure to have honest, concerned, friendly guys work in the home. The new garbage disposal works great and the faucets run smoothly. I highly recommend Holder Plumbing.

I was very pleased with Mr. Holder's service. He was punctual, professional, and he also shared several helpful tips with me on the safest way to shut off the main water valve to my house in the event of an emergency, which I appreciated very much.

Jeff and his crew did a great job, they put down tarps and and paper throughout the house. they showed respect for my property, for me and for my animals. These guys are Real PROS. every one of them had a part to play and they all excelled, all in just a day and 1/2 I recommend highly Holder plumbing.

Excellent response time (1 hour), jumped right on the job and had us back and with hot water quickly. There is no doubt that we would use these services again.

Mr. Holder was on time and very professional. He examined our toilet and the others in the house and found that the one with the problems didn't have enough water in it, which he adjusted for us. That solved the problem and he didn't charge us for the visit! We of course, will call him in the future with any other plumbing issues. Great guy and very kind and professional. We highly recommend him.

Jeff was extremely prompt and professional. Worked around my schedule and came out to evaluate the cause of a couple of stopped up sinks in our house. He attempted to clear the drains using the less expensive -- conventional methods, but was unsuccessful. He clearly explained what he thought the root causes were -- and possible next steps. Quoted a price which is extrememly competitive. Went with another vendor who had already been on site for a related project. For future needs, I would certainly had Holder Plumbing at the top of the list.

I was preparing for my granddaughter 13th Birthday Party for the next day and my sinks backed up. We (husband and myself) tried to unclog the drains, removed the traps, flushed them out with the garden hose and nothing worked. We were desperate, so I looked on Angie's list and found Holder Plumbing located in Upland, not far from my home. My husband gave them a call at 8:30pm on a Saturday and spoke with the owen (Jack). He said he couldn't come but he would send one of his employees out within the next 30-40 min True to their word the plumber was at my doorstep within 35min. He got a breakdown on what we'd done, found appropriate outside drain, brought in his snake and cleared the clog. It took about 30-40min to get thru the clog and he said had to snake all the way out to the main. He cleaned up his tools and what little mess he make outside, then came into the house and ran hot water down the sink drains to ensure proper drainage. He was very professional, timely and ethical (an opportunity presented itself during our discussion and I was so happy that his response with morally and professionally ethical). He said if we had any problems with the drains tomorrow at all to give them a call. I was so impressed and you can be sure that I'll use Holder Plumbing again as well as refering them when any opportunitiy presents itself. . Thank you Holder Plumbing!!

Showed up on time and was respectful of cleanliness. Jeff was very informative and knowledgeable. The money I paid was well worth the repair and competitive with other quotes I received.
