+ -1 moreTwo years ago, Eskimo Air installed a new A/C unit in my home. Soon after the installation, I had to call them back and they came out and fixed the problem. I am now experiencing several issues with the A/C. I called and left a message and John called me back. He told me to e-mail him so he could send someone out. I did as he asked and no one ever came. I sent (2) more e-mails and have left (3) voice messages for John and have NEVER received a response back. WOW! I guess after they get your $6,000, you go into the "circular file"! If you are looking for a company to install new A/C, you may want to think twice about hiring Eskimo Air. After they get your $, they won't remember you!

Description of Work: Eskimo Air was the most impressive of several companies we considered in replacing a aged central heating and air conditioning system. Owner John Rodriguez came to do a walk-thru to learn what we wanted and to present options. I had reviewed his well designed website, but he is better. Walked thru the house from the basement to the attic, we talked about different systems, energy efficiency and product reliability. We chose him because of his knowledge base and his fast response in providing a bid. Everything we were planning was to begin with the system being installed first. His office, Fawn, is quick to answer or return phone calls. The installation took several days, the job site was cleaned up daily, and the product works great. In the Winter, the new Heating System worked great. Now we are in Summer heat and the air conditioning system is equally working great. Noteworthy to us was John's willingness to relocate several vents so that we can relocate furniture and art to places that we previously couldn't use because of the poor placement of the original vents. When we change out the heating/air in a rental we will again use Eskimo Air. Great Company, Service and Product.

+ -1 moreIt was a pleasure to have this company at our home. They were professional at all times. They maneuvered through the ducts of our old home expertly & efficiently. They installed the A/C unit as unobtrusive as possible and they left everything clean. I highly recommend this company.
