Description of Work: they cleared our main line of roots which has happens at least 2 times a year we have 2 very large city trees out in front or our house and the roots get into the main line which causes our drains to back up into the house.

Description of Work: Installed a tankless water heater.

Description of Work: Provider was very nice. I paid $40.00 for toilet tune-up. Provider cleared sink blockage , stating he would do tune-up next day due to extra time spent clearing sink. and my request to have toilet's wax ring replaced also. I felt Provider could have given me a better price to replace a simple wax ring that retails for $8-10 dollars. So when all was said and done, I would paid a total of $200 dollars for a $50 dollar job if I had the time to do it myself. I called my handyman and he completed job for $89 dollars. Perhaps it was bad communication but I really felt Doc Joe's pricing was too high though the owner was very nice.

Description of Work: They did a re-pipe of copper plumbing in a home. The work was horrible! I asked them if they used imported copper, and they told me it was made in America. I noticed one day after it was installed that the copper stated "Made in Mexico" right on the pipe. They also charged me more than they had quoted. Overall, I did not get a good sense that this was an honest company. This was probably my worst experience with a contractor ever.
