Description of Work: Our bathroom had water damage due to a shower pipe leak. This was our only bathroom and needed to have the room reconstructed following a dry-out. They came out the same day to give an estimate which fell within our budget. The workers showed up every day on time and did an excellent workmanship. The room turned out better than expected. Rudy was a pleasure to work with and made sure all went well and to our satisfaction. Their cleanup was remarkable. We are planning on using Nu-Look again for other upgrades to our aging home. I would highly recommend Nu-Look and already have to my neighbors.

 + 0 moreEasy to make the appointment using the online contact form. Gave Attila, the provider, an overview of what I needed and he gave an over the phone estimate and we scheduled the work for the end of the week. Our appointment time came and went and a couple hours after we expected him I called to find out what happened. Turned out that Attila wrote down my address incorrectly and did not save a phone number for me. He apologized and said he was ready to come immediately. I was a little taken aback by this but decided to go through with the appointment. Attila showed up and examined the work area and revised the quote to be about 25% higher than the over the phone quote. This did not bother me as I knew the areas were going to be tough to clean and would require some extra work. He completed the work in a timely fashion and the carpets came out beautifully. He even gave carpet care tips and vacuum advice when he found out that our vacuum had just bit the dust. We are very happy with the results we received from this company.
Description of Work: The provider cleaned the carpets in my guest room, an area rug, on the stairs, our loft area and master bedroom. Provided scotch guarding on high traffic areas and attempted to pull out an extremely difficult stain (cough syrup that had spilled and we did not realize it for a while).
