4 SPA REPAIR & SERVICE

This was the most horrible service I’ve ever had they gave me an extra large cover promise to come back and it completely do not answer the phone or returned any of my phone calls I am so frustrated

We first had this company out to clean our spa a few months ago. That alone was pulling teeth as they never called us back to set the appointment. Finally, we set an appointment yet they showed up hours late without calling. They cleaned the spa OK and tightened a gasket that they said was loose. Recently our spa developed a leak. We called them again to come and do our repairs. They said they would call us back to make an appointment. They never did. I called and left messages and never heard. A week later, I finally got a hold of them (they never called me back once!) and set an appointment time only to have them never show up! When I called to find out where they were, they said they were running late and would call back within the hour to set a new time. That is the last we ever heard from them despite having left numerous follow up messages. We were finally able to get another company to come take a look at our leak. Not only did they arrive almost on time, but they fixed the problem the same day. And, it turns out that the leak was caused by shoddy workmanship performed by 4 Spa Repair. 4 Spa Repair over tightened the gasket on the spa when they were out before, causing it to crack. So not only did they never show up or even call us back, turns out they caused our leak in the first place. You're better off trying to fix your spa problems yourself with duct tape and chewing gum than calling James Newell and 4 Spa Repair.

IT WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIBLE WITH THEIR WORK, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH HANDLING THE MOTOR WITH THE SPA AND WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING AS THEY WERE DOING IT.
