+ -1 moreI purchased a laptop and my hard drive had an issue, so I had it replaced. When it was replaced all of my Microsoft Office was wiped out. I took my computer to them and then realized I did not even have my hard drive replaced through them. The associates were very kind and worked very hard to restore my Microsoft Word. They ended up adding a Google Word program they found for free. Their customer service was great! I would recommend them to anyone for computer troubles.
