They did pretty good. They also gave me several works and did free services. I had no problem and they get a hold of their contractor. They were prompt with their service and they got everything in a timely manner.

Ivon is in charge of the claims department and she has yet to send my check. Jack is apparently the owner but you will only get recordings. This company is a joke. No one ever comes!
Description of Work: I have paid $54.00 for 9 months. I called for them to come out and repair my refrigerator. That was 3 weeks ago. My microwave also broke, they said they can't fix it and they would send me $200.00 and I have never seen that.
