the sales team was very nice however, they are not a true reflection of the service you actually end up with. This was a nightmare! We had an appt booked a week in advance. The night before we are told they can't make it. We took the day off work to accomodate this appt and had already moved our furniture out and they wait until the night before to tell us this? Then we are told they can make it happen but instead of a 9am appt it will be between 1-3pm. The next morning comes and someone shows up at 9am to install the floors upstairs (after telling us they couldn't make that appt). He was alone! No one to help move the heavier pieces of furniture as promised! We called the company and we were told that they would send more people to carpet and that the person who came was only there to install the floor. That was a lie! He had all of the carpet and padding with him and we overheard him calling someone to say we were upset and that he would need help. The additional crew NEVER SHOWED UP. A ton of calls to the Flooring center and not a single call back from Jack, the manager. All I kept being told when I would call was that they were getting to the bottom of it. I was given Jack's cell phone number who I suppose was the manager because he left for the day and didn't find it important enough to make sure we were taken care of before he left. He refused to take my calls and didn't respond to text messages. 7pm rolls around and a crew finally shows up ONLY because the one person who had been there installing the flooring called them to come and help him. Funny, the crew shows up and Jack answers the phone for them and admits we had been calling him but when I called he wouldn't answer the phone. We sent the crew home after they told us it would take another 5-6 hours to install the carpet. I have 2 young children at home and guess what...they took out the toilet upstairs to install the floor and didn't put it back before they left and left it sitting in the only shower we have. That meant that we were not able to shower this morning and I had to go to work. Someone else had to take the day off to be able to be at the house this morning to supervise while they install the carpet. Luckily, they did show up this time but are now refusing to put the toilet back on because they are "only there to install carpet". WTH? This company is completely unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and will NEVER use them again. DO NOT USE THEM! We caught them in so many lies and they are shady and unprofessional! I felt so bad for the guy who was there all day by himself. He worked so hard and his own employer left him high and dry with no help! Horrible!

The job was excellent. The price was excellent. I'd gotten 3 estimates and he came in about $800 lower than anyone else. And it was for the same quality product! I dealt with the owner, Larry White, and he was really, really good. In fact, I just recommended him to a friend who just got carpet put in!
