+ -1 moreRaul was good when he showed up. His work was very good but would skip weeks without notice. There wasn't anyway of contacting him by phone and the final straw was when he told me about his 2 week trip to Mexico and he never showed up, that's been about 3 months ago. He does good work but he isn't dependable.

+ -1 moreI met with Raul first then I was handed off to his brother Carlos. This was not bad as I specified a Saturday time and Carlos was open that day. I have had very good service so far except when it rains or there are holidays I am not very clear on the payment for missed dates as I did not sign a formal contract. That is why I gave B ratings in some categories.
Description of Work: Cut lawn, trim bushes, adjust sprinklers if needed.

+ -1 moreStarted off okay, but became more work just checking up on them as time went by. It got to the point of, it was just easier to do it myself.
Description of Work: Hired for weekly maintenance of front yard. We paid in cash for 1st month. We noticed that the billing seemed a little too frequent and thought there might be a problem. We called Raul only to find out, the cash never made it to him. They did a good job the first couple of months, then they just seemed not to ever get their mower set properly. I was either mowing over them by mid week, because it was too long or they would get it set too low and gouge the lawn leaving cuts down to the dirt where they made turns. This kept killing the grass (Bermuda Tiff) in those areas. Sprinkler heads were broken and not repaired. They do multiple houses in y neighborhood and I think they just took on too many. We helped to reduce the pressure on them.

+ -1 moreHe is really good and honest. I haven't had another garden that is as honest or trustworthy. He is good at what he does.
Description of Work: He does full front and back yard lawn work including tree trimming, bush, and grass trimming. He does the service once a month in winter and twice a month in summer. He blows out driveway after cutting grass. He is a technician for sprinkler systems so he can repair those.
