Neil Bennett

Mr. Bennett gave an estimate, verified by his colleague only to change it when he saw the amount of work involved. He was two hours late to our home-I had to call him and he had forgottan. He then left his crew unsupervised, they disappeared with the excuse they had to stop and fill up their truck with gas. (Why didn't they do that before the job?) They complained about what their boss paid them per hour. My wife and I did a lot of the work ourselves while they took calls from their angry boss and then took it out on us because they knew we were complaining. Very unprofessional. His crew was ready to mutineer against him but took it out on us. I cannot recommend this person, not for large jobs. Maybe to haul an old broken barbecue to the landfill, but for anything that requires a truck full of items-forget it.
