Description of Work: We've used Ned several times. Most recently to repair a broken toilet. He has always been on time, behaved professionally and pleasantly, and most importantly, fixed the problem. Once, when a leaky faucet began to leak again, he returned immediately and replaced the mechanism at not charge.
