+ -1 moreI have tried to talk to them without any resolution. After receiving another $125 bill for one day (10 minutes) worth of work, I fired them and told the "owner" I was filing a complaint. He was clearly not concerned.
Description of Work: Installed very basic sprinklers and landscaping in tiny backyard for $6500. He agreed to maintain the landscaping for $125 a month. The sprinklers have never worked, with more water on the cement patio than the yard. My lawn dies in the summer if I don't water it with a hose. The patio is covered in ice in the winter. They spend maybe 10 minutes a week here and do a "mow and blow"-I don't even have lawn in my front yard, so they sweep sometimes when they show up. They take at least one day off every other month-two this month-and expect to be paid for it. He charged me $80 to reseed parts of the lawn, and ended up throwing down some kind of seed that does not remotely resemble the sod he installed the year before. It is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to get that repaired. He has many employees who will do the "no comprehend English" bit if I try to talk to them. Most concerning, they seem to operate under different names, so it is hard to track them. They use "Greentouch Landscaping" at the same address. I have no doubt this is how they avoid complaints.
