 + -1 moreWater started pouring into my living room. Looked out the window and saw water pouring down the roof. Had seen the LRS Plumbing van last week and so I found the LRS website and called. Described the problem to the technician Owen. He told me that there was a $250 charge because of the holiday (New Year's Day) but if I had work done the $250 would be applied to the work. Technician called and said they would be there in 45 mins. They arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and told me the price. I okayed the work and they were finished in a little over an hour. I showed Owen several other things that needed work in my house and he took my e-mail address and told me he would e-mail me the estimates by the beginning of next week. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the price considering that it was an emergency on a holiday. Will definitely use them again!
