They installed all of the windows in my primary residence. I like their work so much that I had them do my rental, too. He did go over my quotes that I received. Because he's such a small business, he really tried to be competitive. He was willing to work with me on the price. He also does mirrors and appliance glass. We called a bunch and it seemed they were inflating prices. Others didn't even measure the windows. When Coastal Glass came to give the quote, he measured every window. It took a couple of days and he came back with a figure like he really researched what he was talking about. Others would just look and throw a number out. We wanted the best quote. He used care in developing an estimate, I guess to sum it up. He's really responsive. I have even had him give me an estimate on another building. That one's in the process.
