Bret Kahl

We found Bret and Hottub911 thru the SwapSheet paper. (Awesome local resource for everything in area and local events too!) Bret called back within 1 hour. Since we called later in the day he made an appointment for the next morning. He arrived promptly, was very nice and professional. He did the initial look/see, then advised us on the current status of our hottub. After explaining the current status and what the issue was, he gave us options of either replacing the entire unit with new or replacing with a refurbished unit. He refurbish's alot of units. We decided to go with a new unit that is stainless. We had done research online and JUST the motherboard replacement was in the $900-$1200 range! His price for entire new unit, removal, replacement and control panel was $650! We planned to be gone next day so arranged with him for following day for the replacement. Again, he arrived promptly, was very pleasant and finished at his quoted time frame. He kept his work area tidy and cleaned up. When he was finished he stayed as the spa was filled, explaining how the new unit worked, and then demonstrated when the spa was full. He made sure we had his number and website in case we needed anything. He also mentioned that he was able to get replacement headrests and Spa covers at a good price. He accepted our local check. We were very satisfied with his work and will continue to use him in future for maintenance and repairs if needed.
