Due to the demand I was lucky to get the owner, Dale Bell, as my service representative for my first call. They were doing a special in my area and I had enough of fighting the ants in my kitchen. For 19 years I have fought using insect killers on my property. All of my neighbors have a service so all their bugs lived at my house and then just visited their homes for vacations. I have inside/outside dogs and free range chickens so I was very worried about my animals and sprays that could hurt them. Dale Bell listened to my concerns and took them time to explain what he uses and how he uses it. I should say now that I have used every ant bait on the market along with a variety of sprays, powders, and granulated products with only a day or two relief, if I was lucky. Dale was completely professional and knowledgeable. He was kind and allowed me to explain what kind of insects I had seen and where they appeared. He listened to my frustrations and provided me with information regarding the insects and their habits. I took my dogs for a walk while he sprayed the inside and the outside of my home. When I returned the house did not have any odors or any sign that things were moved or changed. Dale had sprayed the baseboards, the windows, the faucet fixtures, under the sinks, and baited the kitchen. There were ants wandering around on my counter tops, acting their usual hungry. I checked my pantry and saw the bait waiting for those little devils. I went about my day hoping for the best. That evening I noticed a big black glob at the top of my pantry. To be honest I was mortified. The ants were thick one on top of the other in the size of a small ball. My first reaction was to clean it off then I realized they were eating the bait. Every place in the pantry that had bait was visited and engulfed by ants over the next couple of days. After a week, they were gone. Completely. From my kitchen, my bathrooms, our bedroom, and our shower. It is like they moved somewhere else. It has been completely amazing.
