+ -1 moreI go straight to the owner because she knows my family. The owner takes that small business hand approach of customer satisfaction. Although they're proud of their creativity, I would tell her what I want. She would go out of her way to pick-up something. She thinks independently and creatively. She makes really appropriate suggestions because she's in the desert and I'm in California so she knows what's going to hold or not. She can really find the balance between the customer and what's real.
Description of Work: I used greenhouses/nurseries service of Barb's Flowershop.
